Interesting. It seems RCF and dB-Technologies have a shared amplifier platform. A lot of the RCF boxes down from lower speced ART series all the way up to even some HDL series or also dB-Tech seems to have exactly THIS amp module inside. Also my RCF NX45 has the same module. It seems some get a powercon, some others the standard-plug and only differentiation via DSP-firmware. dB-Technologies however is advertising them as DigiPro G2 amplifer (at least the boxes with this specific amp module). Would be interesting how they share R&D or production.

I have a module like this for repair. There is a hum when turning on, no LED lights, but there is voltage in the primary source, there is voltage in the secondary source, but I don't think they are correct. Could you tell me what are the voltages on the secondary side of the source?
Do all of these use the same SMPS IC chip? I have 1 HDL-10A and 1 HDL-20A which initially had a short and would blow the fuse. Replaced the 2 MOSFETs near the SMPS chip as well as the chip itself but still no power. All SMD components are reading fine including resistors, diodes, transistors, etc. The original SMPS was labelled "S21531D" and got replaced with "S2153D" and I'm wondering if they are not the same thing. The second line on the original reads "905P" while on the replacement SMPS it says "125P". Would that make a difference or should I order the exact same thing and replace them again? Fuses are no longer blowing and there is power getting to the board the same as shown in your video.

Bro before replacing ic & MOSFET with new, be sure shorting is cleared first otherwise those new also get blow off. Better buy spare parts from your local ELECRTONICS market only.
bro, I confirm that after removing the mosfets, the short on the circuit is no longer there but reassembling them they would burn. I understand this because at the fused post I mounted a lamp that absorbs the current. in italy there is no ic but only in china. Do you know if there is an equivalent?

It happened when a musician plugged in power strip upstream from where this speaker was plugged in, and the power strip seems to have shorted out. And this in turn appears to have blown out my RCF speaker in the process. What makes this IC chip blow out like this, or on the amp you repaired in this video?
Bro before replacing IC & both Mosfet, I recommend u to check surrounding Electronic parts, may be their is any parts might have been faulty. Just check some small smd parts near by ic

Check to see if pins 45 and 46 on the ADAU1701 DSP have a short between them. If they do then Digikey has the ADAU1701 for about $20. This was after replacing 2x 470uF/25 V capacitors that were failed and bulging.

If not mistake there should be a place to add a jumper and is set. Fuse is only for protect but still work if you dont change.

I've repaired hundreds of these. Usually I fit the bigger mosfets and diodes omitted in this smaller variant. They don't come back after this is done.
