I couldn't imagine having kidney stones on top of a twin pregnancy. Rachelle you are really one tough Mama! I know you and your doctor's will find a way to help you feel better and make the rest of your pregnancy much more comfortable ❤️🥰
I had hydronephrosis when I was pregnant. The pain was so bad I thought I was in labor. Im praying you and the twins can make it through this and be healthy.

I feel the pain!I am so so sorry you are going through this! I was in my 5th pregnancy and had 6 stones in my right ureter! I had a nephrostomy tube on the right hand side and a terbutaline pump because the pain from the kidney stones kept putting me in to labor! If you are interested in an amazing story I can tell you how I passed all six stones very very quickly! There is a pressure point your hubby can rub for you on the inside of your ankle!

So so so many prayers for you, the twins & Justin as well! I suffer from 2 kidney diseases and am also very prone to stones. I lost my right kidney 4 years ago due to my diseases going undiagnosed my whole life. However I am under the care of an AMAZING urology team at Michigan State University and my daughters are as well, as I have passed my kidney issues onto them😞
Please know that you are all in my prayers and I feel your pain and it hurts my heart to know your going through this. Your such an AMAZING person and an AMAZING Mommy!!

Prayers. I've lived with them my whole life. Had to have my right kidney removed in 2001 and then lithotripsy on left kidney. Have done much better since. My tubes narrow about half way down and I can't pass stones. The pain is worse than childbirth because it doesn't let up. When I was 15 There wasn't a bed available in our hospital until the next morning and I begged my dad to kill me, seriously, the pain was that bad. He just held me all night and cried and prayed over me. I remember it like it was yesterday and I'm 64 now and he's 92. Just always stay on top of any back pain because I ignored it because it felt more like in my spine but I had sever infection in right kidney and by the time I had it seen about it was barely working 2% and I can't tolerate stents so the kidney was removed. I will be praying for you and babies but they have to do whats best for you first and no guilt. You have no control over it. It's in God's hands be at peace as much as you can. Also, I know it's nearly impossible but you do not need to be picking Emma up or have her crawling all over you. I'm not being harsh it's reality. Any jarring can make the stone move. To this day I am only supposed to pick up no more than 10 lbs. and no vacuuming. It vibrates your body too much and makes stones move ! I try my best to comply because I have to baby the only kidney I have. I've had 7 babies with only 5 living and I know and understand how difficult this is. God bless.

I was a kidney stone factory during my pregnancy (I had hyperemesis) and ended up having stones almost 20 times. Flomax and iv meds and fluids saved me. My doctors decided it was too risky to put a stint in me but set me up with a zofran pump that helped with my vomiting. My baby Winston (he’s a gorgeous red head too) was born 38 weeks safe and healthy! I’m sorry you’re going through this mama, you’re in my thoughts!

😓 I so know your pain and have experienced the same exact problems with my second pregnancy. Kidney stone with infection is absolutely the scariest most bewildering pain! My stones are hereditary and I have continued to have them since my daughter was delivered in 2005. It’s amazing what we can go through and what we are willing to do for our children! Needless to say, I was done having babies and my urologist my 100% relieved. I passed a 8mm from my right side but cannot pass much of anything from my left without lithotripsy or laser/stents 😩. Listen to your body and trust your drs! Hugs!

I'm also one of those that are prone to producing stones. What they don't tell you is if you are prone to producing stones they can occur in organs other than kidneys. I've had them in both kidneys, my gallbladder and my common bile duct twice. Just something to keep in mind for any future problems you may have. Good luck!

I feel your pain. I was 8 weeks when I was diagnosed with a 2 cm stone and hydronephrosis. I had to have a ureteral stent put in and changed every 6 weeks. They had to have an emergency c section team on standby when I went in. It was terrifying. The stent was so uncomfortable but took the pain away completely. Once I delivered I had to have 3 different surgeries to get rid of the stone. Absolutely horrible. I’m so sorry you have to go through this. It’s so unfair when you just want to enjoy your pregnancy instead of just counting down until when the pain stops.
I had seen the posts on Instagram 😭😭 I'm so sorry Rachelle. I dont know what the pain is like but you are one tough momma! You are brave, so upfront about everything, and just a sweet person. I will be praying for you everyday. And I pray that the babies will be ok with all that's going on. Praying for you Rachelle. I can't imagine the pain you're going through, I've never had kidney stones. I pray that the doctors are wise and able to help you the best way possible. I pray for the Lord to heal you quickly and heal you in a way to prevent future stones. I pray for you and Justin to have any fears be eased. I pray for the babies and that you don't go into preterm labor! I pray that you're able to both grow closer together and closer to God through all of this. And I pray for Emma to be okay with you both far away right now and that she's just happy to be with friends and family.

I was in the hospital two weeks ago for 4 day's because my kidney infection started becoming septic. Prayers for a fast recovery..

When I was 9 weeks pregnant I had an appendicitis and I had to have surgery, they told me they preferred to do surgery while pregnant in at least the second trimester but I didn't have a choice obviously. But I hope you get relief some way or another! And I'm sending good vibes and prayers and all our love. I remember how scary it was needing pain medication and surgery while pregnant. ♥️

Praying for you and the twins. If they come early they have the best NICU all around the world these days. I know as both my babies were premmie. It’s a hard road especially if you have a toddler but if it happens you will get through it. They always told me if you can get to 30 weeks that’s awesome for a premmie. Both my kids are young adults now and have always been healthy. I pray that you are not suffering in to much pain and that every thing will be ok. It’s just a journey in life that some of us have to take. Love you guys so much, try to stay positive everything will be ok. 💙💙💕💕

Thinking of you all. I had to have a nephrostomy tube put in, I my 29th week of my twin pregnancy. With lots of help and hospital care we made it to 35 weeks. They are now healthy, happy four year olds. Praying for the same outcome for your babies.

OH Rachelle I'm so sorry, this same thing happened to me afew months ago when I was 36 weeks pregnant with my daughter! I had a left sided kidney stone, and hydroneprhosis. It was the worst pain of my life-- even worse than labor with her, I feel for you! I ultimately ended up having a urtheral stent placed, which drained the fluid and helped me get off of IV pain meds. I ended up going into the labor the next week. Once I had her, I had a CT scan and the stent removed. I"m so so sorry you're going through this. Hoping they get your pain under control soon and you and the babies are healthy and safe!

That end caught me off guard, I thought youd all be able to at least muddle through until the twins are out safe, but that changes things in some way i imagine... please keep us posted!! I am also so glad you guys have a great support system and will help out with watching Emma, one less stress not having to worry about for the time being. I hope everything turns up okay!! Im so sorry youre in so much pain! 😢If it helps at all, my twin nieces were born 6 weeks early (though scheduled), and although very tiny at first and incubator/feeding tube/breathing tube babies, they are happy and thriving teenagers now. I know you guys are so scared but please know it can turn out well even with an earlier delivery... sending positive vibes your way! 💖💖

I'm so sorry you've been in so much pain! I've been praying for your relief and complete healing! And the safety of those babies also. Keep cooking for several weeks, babies! I'm an identical twin, and was born premature (29 years ago). We were 6 weeks early. I was 3 lbs 11 oz. And my sister was 3 lbs 15oz. We were in the nicu for about a month I believe? Maybe 6 weeks? And that was back in 1990! Premie care is soooo much more advanced now! And my sisi and I are in great health today! But definitely believing in faith for full term babies for y'all! ❤

Hi guys! Thinking of you. I'm a mom of twin baby girls, pregnancy is no joke but your doing amazing. My brother who is 15 goes through exactly the same thing with kidney stones and has had over 20 removed since he was 8. Only found out this year its because he produces too many of a certain hormone. It is so hard as a partner to watch your loved one hurting but Justin you doing Amazing. Can't wait to see the little ones.

I am praying for you and your sweet family! I also had hydronephrosis while pregnant! My baby’s head was blocking my ureter and I had three surgeries to place and replace stents throughout my pregnancy... it was so hard and the pain was indescribable! Labor was way easier than that pain, I feel for you all so much ❤️

Praying for you! I had multiple stones that didn’t pass while 33 weeks pregnant. It was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. We couldn’t get them to pass and my OB said we had to watch them and wait. I passed them the day after delivery. All three were huge. Praying you have answers and relief soon. Kidney stones while pregnant are excruciating. I get them chronically as well. Praying praying praying
