I am not a gen z but a 90s kid and single. Due to my less ego, I have vast understanding on relationships. Relationship is not a difficult thing if you understand value of a relationship.

Bro its all about having all but not having any. Its this balance of complementing things like wealth, career, personal growth, relationship, contributing to society, survival, and almost all things. You should know or consciously decide which thing to 0 it and which thing to use at a particular situation. Its not about having less ego or more ego because both are required in certain situations and no ego is required in only one situation which I feel is when talking to your self and doing something for your self. Eg. when you teach others you really need to be a teach and a teach should have that certain ego to fulfil the task but when you teach something to your self you need to be 0 egoed; that's how you will listen to yourself.

Don't think like an ideal human alone, else you may suffer! Don't forget humans are social ANIMALS. Just because you love someone doesn't mean they need to love you back (be it your father, mother, brother or sister, etc). Even if they seem to love you back don't forget that humans have the animal-like instinct for Food, power & S*x. For Food of course, humans are OK-ishly safe. If you interpret Food as money then also, the relationships fail. But for s*x, you can't blindly believe the partner's (both genders, husband or wife) loyalty. If the partner is loyal enough, then comes the power. This is where most of the relationships fail. If the couple don't have any power/dominance issue then it will be between one of the partners and the in-laws which creates unnecessary chaos.
But for the peace of mind and good health one needs to love others irrespective of whether they love you back or not.

    1) Pehla usool apka apka apna career hi hona chahiye. That's it.
    2) Never chase a relationship.Jab ye hona hoga,vo jayega : Don't worry.Chasing a relationship will only leave you sad & miserable. Agar aap relationship ke pehle bhi miserable ho,toh aap relationship ke baad bhi miserable hi rahoge, koi 4 chaand nhi lagg jaane wale aapki life mei .
    3) Take initiative to make YOUR LIFE better, coz no one else will/can make your life better except you.

Dude I love the way Sandeep Das explained the nuances of religion, prayer, family. Before 2019, I had that complete opposite belief system (competely inclined to western culture) that Das has explained. Something happened to me may be maturity i guess so, that my belief system has taken a paradim shift.

    My take from this podcast:
*Prayers do help...they have a science behind their effectiveness ( power of manifestation)
*The future of Indian economy seems to be good
*For a successful business in India, three things matters- price, value, distribution
*If you want to build a successful business, observe people, especially gen z, what shapes their
    choices
    * Religion and family values has a complementary relation
*Don't seek relationship, instead work on improving yourself...If you can't be happy alone, you won't be happy with someone else
    * Your career and education should be your no. 1 priority
*Human species came so far, mainly because of storytelling....master this one skill and you'll go quite far
    *Symbols also matter

The thing he said about gen z in Mexico having such dark humour and suicidal thoughts.
    That's applicable in India too.
Yahan bhi log hasi mazak dark humour aur apne suicidal thoughts bahar la dete h .
Like when group of friends talk about everything going in their respective lives they are like there's nothing to live for anymore even in here .

There is a great level of maturity in the questions; you endear yourself to the audience and the guest without being either patronising or intrusive or saccharine sweet- just the right amount of friendly banter but staying absolutely focused. Thanks so much.

35:55 This is basically the placebo effect. He is adding authenticity to a generic example by saying ki maine ye history main padha tha to add more influence and emphasis. He does that to all his arguments and whenever presenting any hypothesis or idea, ye research main padha tha etc. Adding words like research, data history scientific reason etc makes whatever that follows more convincing but not necessarily true.

6:54 This trend is spreading among Indian youth on social media, where serious crimes and social issues are joked about under the banner of dark humor. Over the past 2-3 years, this trend has gained momentum among the masses, with 10-12 year olds consuming such content daily. Exposing them to this at a young age normalizes the idea that making fun of serious crimes, societal issues, and others' personal struggles is okay. I understand a joke is a joke, but constant exposure to such content normalizes it for a young teenager. This normalization isn't healthy for our society's progress. It's a serious issue that needs to be addressed. While we can't change the past, we can work to prevent it from getting worse.

Very good coverage. The real sense of growth is not only in absolute economic terms, its also to do with the social fabric of the society. In India because a majority of population is believer in God and follow the rituals, the country by percentage is sane and currently does not have scenario about large Gen Z population doing drugs, suicides, crime, depression etc. but its growing every year. The more the Gen Z feels that all our festivals and rituals are stupid the more their life would sway away from right conduct of life.

Don't fall into trap of relationship... I know many boys just trap women and then that women destroy other man's life in arranged marriage... just go for the best way of arranged marriage with full participation of prospective parties and your parents and you'll really have the best chances of a great partner.

Such an interesting and intelligent podcast. Giving insight on different countries, different generations and the power of colours, symbols and story telling. The way he explained how the things going in the macro environment affects your sense of humour, your outlook towards like, your outlook towards family made so much sense. I am going to read more on the consumer behaviour of different countries after this podcast and more keen to also learn on how differently millennials and genz think. Such a great podcast and such a great storyteller.. did not lose interest for even a second. Amazing content :) please bring more of such intelligent conversations where we learn from the research done by the guest.

    Hello @Raj,
I genuinely appreciate your videos and your optimism about India's future. It's always refreshing to hear positive perspectives on our nation. However, I'd like to offer a different viewpoint based on my experiences living in five different countries, including the USA for over a decade. It's worth mentioning that, despite your enthusiastic outlook, many people I've encountered don't currently perceive India as the next big superpower. I understand that you're coming from the startup world, where optimism tends to be a driving force. Yet, I've also witnessed a similar level of optimism during the IT outsourcing boom in the early 2000s, with people believing in remarkable progress.
In reality, India faces challenges in several key human development indicators. Research in AI/ML in India, for instance, lags behind in comparison to some other nations. The per capita income is among the lowest in our peer group, and we also contend with a significant population living in poverty.
That being said, I do believe in the potential for growth and development in our nation. However, I'd like to emphasize the importance of caution when making claims about India becoming a superpower by 2030 or around that time. All countries are on their unique growth trajectories, and it's crucial to consider the complexities and challenges that lie ahead. Positivity is essential, but realism can help us make informed decisions and work collectively towards a better future for India.
Thank you for your understanding, and let's continue to hope and work towards a brighter tomorrow.

Thanks for constructive criticism, which is based on realism! I agree this helps in taking proper decisions in future; though, the refreshing positive perspective of young populace, like, Raj will be the main driving force in further development of Bharatvarsh!!
