Sorry, but this just comes across studio apologists for exploiting actors. There is a lot you criticize these two on, but don't strawman what they are saying. They're not saying they were Brad Pitt; all they were saying is that they should paid based on what they bring considering they are faces for a billion-dollar industry. They aren't saying they should be paid RDJ money.
I have never heard that the main Rangers gave Yost bad treatment for his sexuality. I've always heard it was the behind the scenes crew that did that. Yost has never laid blame on his Rangers costars. Not that I know of. Also, as a homosexual myself, I know how he was raised did more to effect him than the show itself. The treatment on Power Rangers was part of it, but he did not put himself through conversion therapy because of the show. He was probably raised Christian and was led to believe his sexuality was damnable. That's what I went through. I think it's oversimplifying things by implying it's ALL the shows fault.
Kyle, they're names are, "Lock, SHOCK, and Barrel ❤❤❤ Also, the Pink Ranger got work, the Green/White Ranger passed on as well as the original Yellow Ranger....and my brother once bit me because I refused to watch PR, one Saturday Morning as children 😅
I dont think its wrong to want to unionize or improve your working conditions even when those conditions aren't that bad. But as the Sofa Guys just demonstrated, When you don't like what someone says, everything about it becomes crappy.
They were teens, who barely did any actual work for possibly a garbage show that is 90% Japanese footage...As if they were somehow worth a bajillionty dollars because they spoke into a mic, occasionally put on a suit without a helmet and filmed 5 minutes of junk that nobody cared about..
really weird being on the side of a corporation taking advantage of actors. yall keep saying "it's for kids" but those kids have parents who want to buy toys for their kids. They got no residuals for their likeness on those toys. Billions of dollars to the suits.
Full disclosure. I've never watched one episode of the MMPRs... i don't think my kids even watched it. Probably would've preferred that over the years of Barney/Teletubbies and anything Disney. Or Nickelodeon.
I hate that everybody spreads that misinformation. David Yost said the producers and film crew were homophobic to him, NOT the other cast members. They were the only ones that had his back and he still talks to most of them today, especially Amy Jo Johnson (Kimberly). He had issues with mainly behind the scenes people. They are not saying they deserved all the money, but imagine being the faces of a billion dollar franchise and you're not making enough to get a car or house. You're barely making over minimum wage and your face and voice is on toys and in video games. That's a little ridiculous. Keep in mind also, these guys did a lot of their own stunt work, too. Any fights where they didn't have their helmets on, it was all them. Walter did go on to do other shows and movies. He starred in his own Nickelodeon series, he was in a couple Disney movies, and guest appears in a lot of TV series, like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Family Matters, and Brink just to name a few. Austin wasn't an actor before or after. He went on to be a paramedic but went bsck to the series for a few guest appearances. But Haim Saban was known to be cheap.
Ur killing me it’s Lock, Shock, and Barrel. U keep saying Stock. Sorry to be “that guy” but u keep saying it over and over. I love the cowboy hat on Chris. I think going forward he needs to wear it every Brett video and Kyle can do the wig and bandana.
It's kind of funny how the dude who never appeared in much of anything else after Power Rangers (the Red Ranger) is also the one you always see complaining about this stuff. Sorry you couldn't cut it in anything beyond Power Rangers, but it's been like, 35 years -- you gotta get over it.

You are correct. The rest of the cast was nice to David Yost. People keep getting that part wrong when they retell the story, and it's frustrating.

Love the socks! 😂❤😉
I was in the demo and I wasn't a little kid. I was 10 or 11 when this came out and the pink ranger ushered me into mandom

Plot twist, the other 3 rangers said they'd go with the plan only to send them to wolves cause they were sick of their constant complaining

🔥
Austin has always been a piece of work. There's all kinds of stories of him being delusional.
Its a shame what they had to deal with but, I wish they had been more confessional about their mistreatment years ago.
Did anyone make the joke that the Red Ranger should play Chris in Back 2 the Sofa: The Movie?
I like it, brown ranger: activate!
@Back2TheSofa 😂😂😂😂
Teenage Morphin Career Effups
these actors complain but they have been milkin there roles at cons for so much money, how much money did they get at all those conventions
I mean the way they got screwed out of royalties is pretty awful.
Like. Kinda awful honestly
Those cons are how a lot of those people make most of their money.
Let them dude.
When did 50 become old? You all act shocked the 50 something yr old doesn'tt look or act 90 after living a life with a lil money and fame lol

Didn’t the red ranger get caught up doing PPP Loan fraud 👀 😂
It's funny that they're still trying to justify their teenage business skills
wow
It doesn’t matter what they went through because they’re annoying and that’s the real crime
