Totally agree, this is a great method. I use it for my weekly tasks. Writing down tasks daily is too much of a chore and would fall by the wayside really fast.
I just discovered the Alastair method a couple days ago. Then I discovered what is being called the Calendex by the creator. Neither works for me 100% of the time. So, I will be experimenting with a modified version of the calendex and the modified versions of the Alastair method you showcased in this video.
