I bought this machine for my wife a few years back and she loves it. I'd like her to sew up some naughyde (fake leather) for some custom tool pouches, but I don't want to suggest a project that will break the machine Any suggestions for starting points/settings & thread material?

Get her the H foot it's a non- stick foot for anything like vinyl, pleather or leather.
