@MrSheduur things are progressing nicely. There are some bugs really keeping them from having a playtest server atm, that would fall under "gamebreaking" in the sense that your character gets stuck in pretty big ways. GMs can fix you, but having to do that for hundreds, if not thousands, of players is a pretty big problem...
Like to try it. But, I won't join any Discord. Privacy issues, etc. Like what someone else said. Some of us have been waiting decades. Would also like to see a server where gaining Xp is a lot faster. More friendly to people that may not also have a group to play with, as well. Would love to see faster combat, auto-targeting and easier grind. :)
Please tell me there wont be hoops to jump through to get the client? I would LOVE to play this, CU was probably the most fun i had in SWG. I just dont want to wait 3 days for 'admin access' or 'find a copy of the game online'.
i remember when CU released, i took my jedi and just picked all the cooldown abilities in the skill tree, none of the passive skills. My skills tree looked so dumb and inefficient. I deleted every "skilled" pvper on Rori and they wondered how i did so much damage. I just spammed all of the cooldown abilities because they all did big damage so it was way OP. CU was dumb and made the game worse. they took away the RPG growth progression of the game and replaced it with a terrible WoW unbalanced combat system. Even a year into the release things like Spies could just one-shot anyone. I wish someone would take the vanilla game and just work on and balance the combat system. Clean it up a bit.

Might give it a try, once server is up and running. I mean... I've played SWGEmu since 2009... So I wouldn't mind bugs here and there.
VERY hiped bro, had so much hope for resto and played there for a while but i'm done, been messing around on Evolve and waiting for this gem

Resto2 was great. Now its basically a modded nge server just not as good as legends.

Mostly. It has to be converted over to CU, and kashyyk space will need to be done since pre-cu didn't have kashyyk.
