      Oo, at ako ay isang estudyante sa UP Diliman noon din noong una kong nakilala si Freddie at nagtanghal kasama ang aking grupo sa kanyang club sa Bodega.

    One of the many reason why I am proud of being a Filipino is because of Ka Freddie Aguilar and his timeless music. Truly, he is and will always be the greatest artist my country has -- atleast for me and for those who share the same thought.😉

    Yes, Harold, it is the original Filipino (Tagalog) version that I listen to. But Freddie has to also develop new expressions for the news generations while he can.

    Deliberately a hit..called for its
    awesome virtuality cultured among young people who are
    delinquent of their future who later on realize the necessity to transform..A transatlantic favored by some...Outrank the
    rest in the rooster and a gold hit in its own right.

    This could have been a lot better instrumentally, it lacks bass beat.

    • @DrJoePeters
      @DrJoePeters  ปีที่แล้ว

      Agreed! I was on the bass, but for the Tremolo instruments. His son was the dialogue up front. So, the music was meant to be led from the front. Nevertheless, I could have done more!

      It could have been without any instruments at all ... and still end up as beautiful as it is.

    • @DrJoePeters

      This is just one of his huge repertoire of versions. You should listen to them and then do your analysis. And please publish that. If you need assistance you can send your questions to me. Freddie is, at the moment, the only Filipino musician who has touched the world. But that trek was a very difficult one for him. I am now working pn a publican of the Professor Maceda (my teacher)- who was a major figure in musicology - that is music analysis.
