Your spot on. It's good to be there keeping an eye on your bike.

It really makes a big difference when they know your there. It’s hard for them to take other projects on.

Re: Tips, such as staying with the bike; asking questions without appearing too overbearing or needy; timing for when to take the bike in and the one thing that my father was famous for: not showing up empty-handed! In Latin America there's no such thing as a service or transaction that doesn't involve some "friendly persuasion". I used to balk at it, but he explained the "birds & the bees" about getting things done in a friendly fashion. OK - all that said, I really appreciate the advice, but I have one thing that has been nagging me since I began watching your videos.....the volume of the music!!!! I'm really quiet and I watch videos, especially the tutorial sort late at night. You have a very even voice, so when the music kicks in it's a BOOM!!! to my ears. Also; there's one part of the audio that I couldn't pick up: You mentioned something about tightening bolts(?) and he replied "Oh, yeah; I'll check" Please clarify - Thanks.

I apologize for the music , I’ll try to even that out.
You may be referring to the motor mounts. He mentioned that he would go over them to make sure they were torqued correctly.
      Hope I answered your questions.

@@myhypermotard8351 : Thanks for the rapid reply - torquing motor mounts sounds right. You are my go-to guy for Hyper info, and I really respect that you don't use any "lures" to your page...well other that Mr. Rambo. An aside: I'm saving up my "lunch money" so well that I've lost 16 pounds!! I had a doctor appointment day before yesterday and I was pleasantly shocked. I honestly hope that I can buy my bike from local Ducati dealer; I want to start out on a good foot with them; problem is that they have a reputation for inflated prices, so I bought my last bike in Fresno where they treated my like royalty.

@@Ramon51650 Thank you for the kind words.
Congratulations on your weight goal , it goes along way to be healthy plus you will feel better as well.
It’s too bad that your local shop is inflating prices , definitely not cool.
I hope you can find a way to make it work for you. Keep me updated, I’d like to know when you get yours so we can go over things if you need too.
      Again, thank you..

So how did you transport a fragile box with a dozen donuts on your bike? 🧐👀

I actually took them the day before when I went to pick something up at the shop. Trust me, they remembered me the next day. Gold service for sure.
