I really don't understand how this is even possible... To my knowledge, as the club member you can use your loyalty points to book a 50% of the cruise price. After 2 years you can use 100% of your loyalty points. As a business partner you have even bigger discounts and other perks...

If you join as the club member you pay $200 that counts directly towards your cruise trip / hotel / resort (so it's not a registration fee, it's your savings straight away). If you want to be a business partner and recommend people to the club, you need to pay $95 for you biz licence.
