Flaps 1 = Flaps 1 degrees, Flaps 2 = Flaps 5 degrees, Flaps 3 = Flaps 15 degrees, Flaps 4 = Flaps 30 degrees, Flaps 5 = Flaps 40 degrees Gear should be extended with flaps 5, then flaps 15 immediately after extending the gear, but you came in pretty high so I see why you wanted to get the flaps out during the descent. Have a good day!
To be honest I haven't quite fully nailed when to put which notch of flaps down so I stick to this: Flaps 5° for departure (flaps 1/2) 0° in cruise (whenever I remember) 1° at TOD 5° when a bit closer 15° on downward leg 30° on base leg 40° on final Gears ~1,000 ft. On final (Whether I do use these is up to whether I remember or not 😅) I also feel I have to add that the reason I was so high up on final is that during the right turn from base to final I always ascend 1,000 ft. just due to not wanting to hit the ground; this isn't something I do on purpose but more something I need to train out of myself as I fly even more (because 6,000 mins on a Roblox game isn't enough apparently). But honestly the tips always help and learning new things is always a given, so thank you and have a good day to you, too!
Yeah I get things like that wrong all the time; to explain, I'm writing things down as they say them so I might be trying to remember what they said a couple seconds before while also listening to what they are currently saying at the same time which can mean I get things wrong often, but with a squawk code it's inconsequential (in ATC 24) so luckily it's not the worst thing in the clearance to get wrong. I leave things like that in to show people less experienced that anyone can make mistakes and that ATC can correct you (or not, lol) without judgement
You don't know other people's situations! I don't have a computer which can run MSFS, nor can I afford either X plane or MSFS, I also dont want to be on the vatsim network since I prefer ATC 24 anyways. Nobody would watch the videos and because I've built a channel around PTFS content that's what I'm going to stick to, but thanks for the suggestion.
@@flightsimleak7983 alright sorry if I came off a little harsh, thanks for the recommendation and yeah as I say vatsim's not for me; but maybe in the future, who knows
Roblox is so fucking cool man. It has evolved so much from where it was a decade ago. Awesome vid!
Agreed, thanks a lot!
Aye i think i saw your flight going to perth yesterday
Probably; always great to hear from others who are on ATC 24!
WWW (Biggest fan right here!❤)

Freezing on Roblox or discord?
@@AlmostAProPilot not that, I meant like I can’t get myself to talk

1:25 the readback was actually not correct because you said squawk 6615 but he gave you 7615 but he still said readback correct.
