On ESPN FC, Kay Murray, Don Hutchison, Shaka Hislop and Ale Moreno debate whether Man City and Arsenal can win out the rest of the Premier League season.

What Arsenal have shown is true progression. I mean, in the last 3 years they have gotten better each season. It's a matter of time to the PL and, or CL.
Ikr… the progression of having refs in their pockets makes a world of difference
It's a matter of time for arsenal to get the 🍼
As a Liverpool fan I agree with you but you have to win the cup. I know Arsenal will be the favorites again next season but you never know 🤷♂️🤷♂️
You’re an Arsenal fan I assume?
Still not trophies in past 3 years 😅🤡
Putting Foden at the same level as Debruyne in terms of importance for City is premature. Nobody in world football unlocks defenses like KDB.
To be honest, if foden can perfom like this for years he would be on the same level, i mean this season u find foden stealing the spotlight from KDB. The diffrence its just that KDB did this for years and we don't know if foden will be a 1 season wonder or he will be able to do it for years. ofcos at the moment he is young and can't be considered to that level unless he keeps up the consistency for years
Am a city fan.. foden has been our best player this season
Foden has been more important this year though. KDB missed half the season and isn't even at his best.
KDB was injured for most of the season and who took over? Foden.
Foden is there. He is extremely important in the middle now, like KDB.
Rodri, KDB and Foden are all vital
City doesn't have another midweek game until the last week of the season. Give City some recovery time and they usually play lights out.
Haaland is coming like a Viking raised from the Dead 💀⚽️🩵
Dude Forest missed 2 clear chances like insane clear chances... it would've been 2-2... City can draw vs any team easily.. that's all what Arsenal needs.

@@zorashki and Tottenham Hotspur could have "easily" drawn v Arsenal as well. This is the prem. Anyone can drop points v anyone
@@zorashki So does Arsenal, mate. It would've been 4-3 to Spurs if Son and Van de Veen took their chances.

Ale, 3 points is what is most important and I really don’t care about nothing else ❤
I assume you weren’t one of those crying about Real Madrid parking the bus then.
I think Arsenal away to United will be much tougher than City away to Tottenham. As bad as Utd have been this season, at home, they lost 3-0 to City, drew 2-2 with Liverpool, defeated Villa 3-2, drew 2-2 with Tottenham, beat Chelsea 2-1, and beat West Ham 3-0--they have yet to play Newcastle and Arsenal at home. Utd have only lost one home game to a team that will play in Europe next season. This idea that Arsenal will roll over them is mistaken.
Arsenal has beaten all the same teams, just swap Villa and City (we beat City, you beat Villa). I'm not concerned at all about going to OT. In the words of the great EtH: I'm not embarrassing YOU'RE embarrassing! 🤣🤣🤣🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Tottenham are slightly better at home but its close. United are conceding a lot of goals so no one's intimidated by them.
Arsenal will lose ground at Man Utd
you lots said arsenals have to beat wolves away Chelsea, spurs and they win them now you bring of united who struggle with relegation team at home home and away , i will be concerned about bomouth than united
@amanueltesfu-hu2eu ..just like you thought they would at Brighton and wolves right?...keep dreaming mugu

City plays differently against different teams and if a goal has entered, do you think they will not adjust
You speak sense
😌 forest could have won this game if it wasn't for lack of individual quality
Agreed. Forest definitely had most of the momentum, they just couldn’t finish,.
Yeah, this applies to any team facing Man City ;)
Very true, but those swlfish fund will never mentioned it. But what if it was Arsenal.
Finishing was lacking. Nuno has em playing well
Yeah man..Imagine if they had good players. They wouldn't be fighting relegation and instead challenging for the league title.
Crazy how the world works right?
You all seem to be forgetting that City played two days before this game. Now they finally have a rest.
"The inconsistency of their performance" by Shaka, Ter they are 19 games unbeaten.
Be talking nonsense.😏😏
Really the kind of punditry where you just say GTFO 😂😂😂
Incredibly lazy punditry - dude really needs to widen his lenses when evaluating a team
You mean you haven't been watching? This isn't the same City team. They can keep their unbeaten streak and still draw a game, which is all Arsenal need.
Performances and results are not the same thing
They do this all the time 😂. Every year! It’s
“This isn’t the same city” .
“Have city lost their rhythm”
“city need a striker”
“ I don’t see how they can survive without de bruyne” blah blah blah and it’s been what? 4 league titles out of the last 5. Jokers 😂😂
Sometimes you have to ride your luck, I think we all knew Forest was gonna go for it, so while City’s performance was unlike them I don’t think they’ll care as much because you don’t win titles on performance, you win them with results
These guys are clueless when it comes to talking about Man City.
They know more than you...
@@willie549not really… Shaka said things like “City’s inconsistency lately”…. The team is 19 matches unbeaten. They don’t know what they are talking about.
@fgrodriguezqac And he was correct. Out of the Champions league, couldn't beat Arsenal at home and generally not as convincing as last season..
@@willie549 that match ended 0-0 you could say the same thing about Arsenal then.

@@nosiku8325 We will come back up!
Its Deja Vu, The narrative that City wont win all their games and wont win the league, they all said it this time last season, this time the season before and again the season before that, the fact that they were wrong every single time reminds me of the old adage to paraphrase Albert Einstein.... The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result!
I’d say, given the form Bournemouth are in at the moment, Arsenal will find it very difficult to get a win against them. On the other hand if Spurs take away any lessons learned from their defeat against Arsenal then they could be the deciding factor for Man City. It’s all getting very tense at the top. May the best team win 🏆
As bad as United are, they will beat Arsenal.
Penalty gets called right before saka scored, his goal is disallowed and could be 1-1 instead of 2-0. Arsenal had to hang on, Spurs hit the post and had a goal disallowed on close offsides call. But these pundits talk as if they dominated. Do they even watch the matches or just the highlights. For real
It wasn’t a penalty though so that’s a moot point
Deluded fan cry loud😅
Unfortunately for arsenal, Pep would not let today's performance repeat itself again
Unfortunately for you. You really don't understand that Pep also didn't want to let this performance happen. Yet it happened.
It's in their hands but Man City has a higher percentage of a slip up now with the sheer number of games they play.
@@jaskiratuppal6935it’s just one game extra
@@marcodontplay Yes and one game extra means one more game where you could slip up.
@@jaskiratuppal6935 lol like Arsenal showed absolute dominant performance at Spurs they were literally shaking towards the end another day Spurs could have gotten something out of this. If we can slip up so can Arsenal easily.
@@pratikroy227 That is my point. Let me make this simple for you.
Let's say you had a chance to get shot at three times vs four times. Which one would you pick?
Also, the remaining season now dictates that Man City have one extra and on top of that the more difficult fixtures remaining.
Man City and Arsenal have both performed exceptionally this season. Man City just has a higher probability to slip up.
Im sorry but
“Arsenal are just that good”?
Were they not literally up 0-3 by halftime.
And barely won 2-3 by the end?
These types of “predictions” are useless. Anything can happen.
The only “certainty” is how well man city ends every season. But you never know
Being 3-0 up away at a derby at half time means they’re not good?
Winning the game means bottled?
@@GaryMFOak69 a game is 90 min mate. By the same logic man utd vs coventry= man utd was great. 3-0 up at half time, and even won.
Im saying The pundits keep going on about arsenal like they are prime barcelona or smt. Meanwhile literally today they almost threw away a 0-3 lead. Thats not “solid” enough to be praising like that.
In the premier league anything can happen and man city aren’t bulletproof either. They’ll probably both end up winning all the games. Or both might even drop points. Nothing is certain or predictable at this point
Got a win, got a clean sheet.👍👍👕🥇🏆
"Inconsistency" unbeaten in 19.
Most people don't understand that pep not only play a brilliant physical game but a well groomed psychological one as well. How many times have you seen city start a game like this with any team, went behind then turn up the performance, countless times. Pep don't want his players burned out close to the end of the season
Man says the inconsistency in city’s performance, if madrid didn’t steal the cl game they would be up to win the treble again 😂
Well they didn't beat Real 😂
Very inconsistent when you are about to win 6/7 trophies in 2 years
@khornelor6 remember only league and champion league count like you rivals said about liverpool so keeping the same energy
@@andrewwright4195 if you think FA cup is not important you don’t know ball. Club world cup and carabao fair enough but that would still mean potentially 5 meaningful trophies in 2 years
It's pathetic that Nottingham was the only one standing up to City.
Arsenal came to City and defended a 0-0. They can't expect anyone else to do them a favour if they didn't have the guts to give it a go themselves.
Why is the villa loss for arsenal an anomaly that doesn't matter, but city having a shaky win today "worrying signs", despite being on this unbeaten streak. Also Arsenal had a 3-0 lead (lucky to be 3-0 anyway - debatable second goal, son missed a chance he should have buried right before half time, a baaarely offside goal and a shot off the post), and barely hung on to win 3-2. But that's not worrying for them at all.
A horse jumps only as high as it must, not one inch higher.
Wood must be a spurs fan or something. Man bottled it.
sad Taiwo could not play he could have take one of those chances that burns missed
Only bottlers is Arsenal 😂
Keep writing off City Shaka
The "league 2 player" came and sealed the win.
Forest actually played extremely well against Mighty City with courage. Thats what the focus of the discussion should have been.

Reminder these experts called Liverpool favourites 3 games ago and predicted they will go unbeaten and win the league now decide how much they can be trusted.
And then Arsenal go and drop points at OT. That's what happens when these guys predict. Foden will be key for City and will likley ensure they win.
It was City's fifth game in 16 days, which includes one that went to extra time. We've got a week off now... we'll be back fresh for the remaining 4.

What does that change with regards to the Prem being the best league in the world? Do people even think before they say things anymore?
There have been late season games in past title runs where City got tough close wins. Forest is not an easy team to beat at their home, even if they’re at the bottom of the table. This is how tough the premier league is. But you can’t call inconsistent a team that’s undefeated in the last 19…
Pep have mercy
The last five games of seasons should be played at the same time.
We won today but we weren’t great, but it was obvious we missed Foden
What about against Chelsea last weekend? Did you also miss Foden? City are a juggernaut, but even their most ardent fans realize that they've gotten by on individual quality, not through great team play.

A little nervous but we'll take the win
If both teams have the same win percentages as they have shown this season, there is only 9% chance that both will win all their games.
Ale is right 😂😂I was super stressed during that game 😮
Writing of Manchester United and Everton could be a mistake. If Arsenal overlook them they'll lose the two games. People expected Manchester City to blow everyone away, at this point City wants wins no matter how they come.
Why is the latest episode of this tin pot program not available on demand, 4 hours after it aired?
Man United is Arsenal's toughest remaining game while Tottenham is City's biggest remaining challenge. Normally visiting Old Trafford would be a tough game for Arsenal but after seeing Man United need a 2nd half rally to beat Sheffield and draw with Burnley I'm not too confident about them playing spoiler (although they recently did it to Liverpool). With Man City it's pretty simple, they come outta Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with a win they win the league. If Tottenham draws or wins Arsenal probaly wins the league. Tottenham has played Man City pretty tough over the last few years so it'll be interesting to see how that game turns out with the stakes being as high as they are.
