What else is neat is that the planet Mercury went retrograde yesterday for 3 weeks and this month’s workout program is in essence, “retro”. 😊

Sydney- are you psychic? I was feeling a bit overwhelmed this morning. Since my husband’s recent death, everything is on my shoulders. But I’m continuing to exercise & as your workout progressed, that burden lightened. Thank you for these classes. Also- some moves were new( to me at any rate)- so even more motivating. Donna 🇨🇦🎒❤️
I wanted to workout 3 times this week. I was tired this afternoon, so I didn't do the 45 minute leg workout that was scheduled, instead I did this. It was a push for sure, and it burned. Thank you for your speech at the end, movement is important and any bit counts!
I crushed this workout this morning and I loved that the workout was a no repeat workout. I’m still moving despite the fact that I will have to have right knee surgery and regaining strength in my surgically repaired right foot/ankle. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you on Friday for our next workout.

Legs were shaking again this time round! I didn't even have to use dumbbells most of the workout because the time under tension with just bodyweight was enough of a challenge in the lower body! Day 2 of Balance August 2024. Way to work everyone! 🥵🔥🍑🦵🏽
I am always surprised at how tough Sydney’s 30 min workouts are. I prefer a 40-45 min workout, but decided to give this one a try. I had to take a couple of breaks at the end. Thanks for a great workout!
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (30:14): "Don't set in the setbacks. Move forward with momentum. Move forward into action." Just. Keep. Moving. This has been my mantra on and off the mat. Despite any roadblocks or failures, I keep moving no matter what.
