    Turmeric - Pinch
    (Pasupu)
    Tamarind (soaked in water) - 12 to 15 Small Pieces
    (Chinthapandu)
    Salt to taste

    Mustard Seeds/ Avalu - 1/4 Teaspoon
    Blackgram/ Minnapappu - 1/2 Teaspoon
