Hey Gab! I'm epileptic and play lots of video games. I usually check online for reviews from people with epilepsy if I'm worried about a games flashiness. I mitigate some flashing by lowering my monitor contrast. Most games have the warning as protection from lawsuits even if the flashing isn't bad.
There's also people with epilepsy who aren't affected by this - my best friend has it but doesn't have issues with stuff like this. (Not trying to counter you in any way, just providing more info for anyone who might wonder.)
@@itsmylesfr that's the interesting thing everyone's epilepsy is so unique and has such specific triggers. My partners its blood sugar and caffeine but flashing doesn't bother him at all, my other friend however had his first seizure playing Kirby on the ds from flashing. if you've met a person with epilepsy you've met one person with epilepsy. ive also been told that autistic folks really appreciate the warnings as well
@LitleLuci for sure. It's always good to put info out there that things like this can be very different for different people, I honestly wouldn't have known had it not been for having a best friend who has it and has talked to me about the medical side of it. Hopefully this conversation provides some new info for others as well
@@LitleLuci Hi, autistic person here! This is true, or at least for me personally, if not warned it can easily overstimulate (with all physical problems following, like headaches and such). Most of the time it is easy to look away in the moment, but with real bad ones it’s usually too late when you register what is happening. I can’t imagine having actual seizures from it though, so mad respect to the people who have to deal with that!
I have epilepsy and flashing games or TV shows...don't give me seizure issue ..I get my seizure do to stress or anything else ..but not games or shows ..but I do respect and appreciate the epilepsy warnings for my health to be still be careful because if on TV or playing games too long ..I get a headache but it goes away soon ..but I'm always safe from my epilepsy ❤
tbf this whole chapter was at the very least a nod to joker and Harley Quinn. In the trailers the Doctor (who is called Harley, kind of obvious) says a line like "one bad day away" referencing Ledger's Joker. The whole falling in the vat at the start of the game. Him controlling but abusing Yarnaby just like the Joker abuses Harley Quinn. There are probably other references that I didn't catch.
0:0:35 The foreshadowing that there's Three Doey and one of them is not smiling, and feel disgusted... Also some Information regarding the Lore that isn't covered in this chapter/Video: > > > > > > -Gab missed a VHS (Yes, it's the 3:56:33 ) and in that VHS they confirm the oldest and most popular theory: "Poppy is the Daughter of Elliot Ludwig, the founder of Playtime Co." -In that VHS, it's also revealed that Poppy is the collaborator in Hour of Joy, but only because she was tricked. The Prototype told Poppy it was some kind of Exodus for the Toy and Orphans to escape from the Factory, but turned out it became a Massacre, and the promise that they gonna leave the Factory was a Lie. That's why Poppy really hate the Prototype. -There's also VHS that tell why Poppy trusted Ollie. Turned out, Poppy and Ollie is an old friend that knew each other even before Hour of Joy, that's why Poppy really trusted Ollie. However since it's audio only without visual (though it's definitely on phone), it's unclear whether Poppy is talking to 'Prototype/Fake Ollie' through the Phone, or Poppy is talking to 'Real Ollie' from when she still alive -Regarding why the Doctor became what he is, there's an incident that predate the Hour of Joy, called "The Theatre Incident" that caused death to many visitors, where the Doctor is responsible for it, but the Company don't want to kill him as he is their 'Brain' for this Experiment, so they turned it into what he is now (And the aftermath, we can see it on the Chapter 4 Teaser Video, the Doctor) -Now with confirmation that Poppy is Elliot's Daughter, this confirm why Poppy is considered special among the Toys. Not because it's the daughter of the founder, but because Poppy is not like other Toys at all. According to information we get so far, Elliot's Daughter died at 1950, and yet, the start of the experiment begin on 1960. This mean, that Poppy already dead before the Bigger Bodies Initiative project started, and that Poppy is not "Human turned into Toys" like the others. "She is a Dead person revived into a Toy"..
In addition to the portrait foreshadowing, there were the lyrics "♪ triple kind of friend ♪", and the three cans of dough displayed behind the Doey figure at the end of the advert. We all had no idea at the start just how literal this would be.
@@LDragon Ngl, this game really good at putting seemingly innocent detail into ominous foreshadowing. For an 'Indie Game', Mob Entertainment really pay attention to the details for this game's lore.
Thank you! This finally explains what “good” they were trying to achieve out of these experiments. Not sure why they had to start with alive people tho 🤔
@@dianac922 There is other VHS that telling us that the Doctor is experimenting with Rats first, but it failed, and he make conclusion that "It only work with something bigger", that's why the Doctor use the Orphan Children for experiments, because anything smaller somehow didn't work. And it seems that the Doctor trying to replicate what Ludwig did with Poppy (reviving the death as Toy) but he still failed, and transferring souls from living being into Toy is the most that he could do. My theory: I guess just like many 'Cliche villain trope", the Doctors and the Playtime Co real end game is "Research for Immortality", as able to revive anyone in new body would be closest thing to achieving Immortality.
There's something eerie about the guards in the beginning video saying how they "have it tough," all the while keeping watch over children who have been transformed from the inside out.
There was one of Cole's journal entries in the prison where he said he didn't know they were people. The disconnect would make sense, since the "rabids" don't really act like people.
@@RyokoLeigh The thing about that, is one of the Guard says how the 'creatures' would be crying and screaming for their parents. He even states it's like yelling at your own kids to tell them to be quiet. That should have been a fairly obvious clue.
As someone who has experienced ✨️ childhood trauma ✨️ even if she's only 12, what Riley is writing about feeling is both relatable and not unfathomable for her age, sadly - well until the whole becoming a toy thing.
I've always been considered older which is why Ive had an easier time getting along with adults but going through therapy, I've realized how much trauma I've experienced
Sean being in the chat on twitch was so cute and lovely to see such a strong relationship these days. I've given up on it all tbh but I love to see others happy. Both playthoughs where awesome thanks for the good times ❤
It's understandable that Riley would be a good writer in her journal. Sometimes when you're a child and you go through tough times...you tend to grow up faster. Loosing her parents changed her life but not for the better. I'm sure all those children experienced alot before what they went through at playtime co.
Little bit of a sad fact was that in the videos describing all of the experiments going into Doey. A, B and C. Jackie and Mathew would have probably been fine as Doey if they hadn’t of added Kevin, who was experiment B(?). In the video it talked about how he had extreme anger issues and one small sliver of an inconvenience could set him off. You see bits of Jack and Mathew (his kindness and leadership) in Doey, and Kevin was just a troubled kid who never was given a chance to resolve his anger issues. Kevin was also mentioned in chapter 3. He was the kid who was spoken about in a couple videos.
I don't think the player character is a toy because everyone that we encounter says we're human. I think it's more likely that we're a perfected experiment, or something like The Doctor, a human put into something else. The character takes too much damage and never speaks, plus the timeline doesn't make sense for the letter we get and why we're there in the first place. I do think the prototype is Elliot since we have no information on what happened to him yet. That or he knows who Poppy really is and just keeps torturing her. One detail I really love is that when 'Ollie' is instructing you to fix the generator, he never tells you to flip the switch again, so you left the defenses down for him to move freely. I also agree that this game is only going to be 5 chapters. All of the prototype's allies (to our knowledge at least) are gone except for Huggy. It just makes sense that they're bringing things around to the big bad from Chapter 1 and ready for some big reveals. Plus we're entering Lab 1, which is the Prototype's lair. As much as I love Poppy Playtime, I don't want to see them drag the story out for 5 more chapters just to milk it.
Wasn't the theory that the player character was involved in the experiments through holding a position of power? They were once either a staff / scientist at Poppy Playtime and contributed to the experimentation. Mommy Long Legs from Chapter 2 has a dialogue that insinuates this. The character is human, the plastic hands are part of what's known as a "Grab Pack" which is a ridiculous tool that the staff of the company are made to use whilst working. We get the pack in chapter 1 complete with some safety instructions for using it directed to staff. Another theory that is supported is that Poppy was Elliot Ludwig's daughter who passed away was the first living experiment he successfully created in order to bring her back to life. He never intended for it to be recreated, he just wanted his daughter back. Elliot was supposedly a good man, but after he passed, those who took over the company wanted to recreate his "living toy" concept. Poppy was not on board with this. They experimented and studied Poppy anyway but were unable to recreate the same results as Elliot. It didn't work with other kids and toys. At last, they were only able to somehow transplant the children's biological organs and nervous systems into a toy body (which is why the toys can bleed and we see that there are skull/ human bone remains under the fur of dead toys). This is different from Elliot's method with Poppy since Poppy is a soul in a doll and thus, the results were completely unstable human organ and flesh/toy hybrids.. The first product of this was the Prototype. But the prototype was uncontrollable and kept developing dangerous levels of intelligence and self-awareness. He posed a danger to the scientists and was volatile. Later they managed to create toys that were submissive and followed instructions (like Huggy Wuggy, Mommy Long Legs, Catnap, The Doctor, the teacher and daycare staff) These submissive toys were used as working slaves and the more docile ones were marketed and sold as "intelligent toys". But as the company grew, all the while, the Prototype was growing in intelligence, he somehow managed to contact the other toys from the confines of his prison using his intelligence, and was slowly influencing them to retaliate against the company. He convinced them that he was a God-like figure who would lead them to salvation. (This is shown in chapter two with some toys worshipping the prototype). Then came the HOUR OF JOY. The prototype planned for a day and specific hour where the toys would retaliate and kill everyone. This is the tragedy of the hour of joy we see in chapter one that destroyed the factory completely and left our character jobless (which is why our character returns to the factory years later to find out what really happened to the other staff and his friends since he wasn't present on the day of the tragedy and is one of the only survivors). Some toys (like Poppy) and a few other were not influenced by the prototype. Some lived alongside the Prototype and his followers in tolerance whilst others (Poppy & Kissy Missy) took to finding ways to take him down secretly,. knowing that he doesn't actually mean well for the toys, and is a selfish God in his own right. Poppy writes us a letter tempting us to go to the factory to find out how our colleagues really died, and we go. But after finding out how they died, Poppy switches up and reveals her real intentions for bringing us there: she wants us to kill the prototype and free the toys. She botches our escape plan, and we are left having to help her with this plan in order to escape. (This is where chap 2 starts). All the while the Prototype is abusing his followers and using their damaged/dead bodies to construct a stronger almost horrifying hybrid mass flesh that he inhabits as his own body. He uses them to gain strength and intelligence and has more sinister intentions which we don't know and is the mystery of the game series. These are the current fan theories, some have other theories, but this one is pretty solid based on evidence throughout the first 3 chapters.
@@elnino8522i really like this, though i want to add something as well: i have seen people theorize that the player is specifically Rich since there are quite a few tapes/papers about him yet his role/importance isn’t quite specified i’m probably not explaining it as well as the other people who’ve said this do 😅 but from what i’ve seen i feel like it’s definitely a plausible theory
Oh thank god it was just Kissy's arm I thought she got buried in the rubble when I was watching Seán's playthrough. I swear if anything else happens to Kissy leave my girl alone.
As a mom, my heart was absolutely sick when the one child in Doey kept crying "Mommy, daddy, I want to go home" These poor babies. The dominant personality of him was very obviously a child suffering from esteem issues and reactive attachment disorder and I just, ugh, I cannot fathom such torture of such already traumatized kids.
Glad to see more sympathy for Doey.... definitely the most heart wrenching and meaningful story in the game so far imo. Kissy Missy's coming up 2nd for me.
3:05:06 gab, every gamer i watched, they chose to kill the critter instead of letting it live. not sure if it really affects the scenario but i guess you chose humanity instead of mercy killinv. good job! ❤️
I saw one guy refuse to do it, it just ends up with the player being killed by the little Nightmare Critters that break in. So, it's a Hobson's Choice, it's a choice that's not really a choice.
omg me too! I was trying to remember what had happened and realized I was thinking of Banban (which I couldn't follow anyways). Once I did it made it much easier to remember correctly. I love that I'm not the only one XD
Spoilers for this chapter below. I thought the fight with the doctor was too anti-climatic and it felt too easy. And I was mad about it. But now that I've had time to think about it, and now that I know Huggy is back, and that 100% Ollie was the Prototype and working with Sawyer.... ...Ollie needed the hand and the player. There's a bigger goal here both Sawyer and The Prototype want, or wanted. So I think, personally, it's possible Sawyer and The Prototype staged it all. The Doc is still alive and will be worse next chapter. Which, imo, would make for a great reveal and make this lackluster doc fight worth it. They used the player to get what they needed.
Yeeeeeeeaaaahhhh. Gab i saw Sean posting this playthrough and thought to myself “ i’ll wait for Evelyn to post it.” I Love how thorough you are while playing ❤
im the opposite LOL, i have to watch not-thorough playthroughs first because if i do it the other way i cant stop thinking about everything they’re missing 🫠
This is like my third comment but 3:22:28 - I think Rich is the really angry guy from the tapes back in Poppy Playtime 3(?) The one who said he was working on his temper because his wife called him out, the one who was angry that the kids didn't have any real sunlight. This new tape is a really nice full circle moment (if I'm remembering correctly) because he mentioned that he was surprised not every one hated him in PP3. And the reason why he cares so much about the kid he's talking to in this tape is because he used to be that kid, he knows and understands exactly why he's angry because he is too. That's why he fights for his crew.
Apparently, Michael Kovach, the guy who did Doey's voice, also did the voice of a character that's suspiciously similar to Markiplier in a dating sim. I guess that explains why their voices sound so similar at times.
I watched a few videos talking about the entire lore of this series and I'm so amazed! When this chapter dropped I was even more excited. So happy to see you play it Gab ❤ Edit: I'm also happy you always read all the notes! So many people skip over them and miss out on so much precious info
I don't think any human could have gotten through that fall without blacking out or at least some broken bones... I don't think he's human, but I don't think he's a toy either. I really hope they stick the landing on this series, it's really something else.
I just finished watching Jack's playthrough and now Im watching yours ^^ the voice actors did such an amazing job in this one (Doey and The Doctor ESPECIALLY)
Gab complaining about how much the Doctor talks is why she’s my fave gamer. Everyone else I’ve watched talks too much during their games and it ruins the experience for me. But our Gab is just the right amount narration
Doey actually has different voices, when I watched my first playthroug of chapter 4 I thought that his voice actor was weird, cause he would switch from a cheerful, dumb patrick from spongebob kinda voice to a really serious one, but when I learnt he was made of 3 people that actually made sense lolololol
People are so short-sighted. To think that those guards would blame children for their actions under those circumstances, or ever lose empathy or at least sympathy for them. The stuff people can make up excuses for to keep themselves comfortable or 'in the right'. The way Riley describes her procedure, "everything was red", reminds me of a line from I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings which I read for school when I was 12 or so, of the moment when she was raped as a child. I don't remember the line exactly but I think it was very similar. I wonder if this game is drawing a parallel between how connected to the foster system sexual abuse is, and the betrayal children feel when people that supposedly care about them and want what's best for them, hurt them in such a intimate way that 'changes you' forever.
Do you mean the character named, Ollie? 😅 Cause thats the only dude/kid, that pops up in my mind, when I try to think about this game series, and anybody that talks to the main character, (the one that the player, plays as), either on a walkie talkie, or a (toy) phone, pretty much periodically, throughout all the games so far. If you are right, and there is a character named, 'Gregory', for some odd reason, my brain can't fricken come up with even a semblance of who the heck that is, or would be lol. So maybe it's me, or maybe it's actually Ollie, possibly, that you were thinking of? Idk, I could be wrong? 😅
Yeah, but Doey is even more messed up. According to hints in various bits of lore, he may have the souls of THREE boys all jammed inside, and they account for his personality shifts. Jack’s the one who is most in control when Doey’s sad or scared, Henry’s when he’s angry or violent, and Matthew(?)’s when he’s calm or caring.
@@peterlosee4606 Not Henry, Kevin I believe! Could be wrong, though, the hints can be very confusing lol but I think Kevin was the one with the anger issues? Mathew I think is right though,
Love how Gabs was so concerned for him, yet she had no idea that he was trying to kill her, then proceeds to not somewhat trust Doey when he saved her from Yarnaby and Pianosaurus lol
Chapter 2 will always be the best game because of the car and mouse between you and Mommy. All of the puzzles and games progress the story foward. You playing the games and solving the puzzles is Mommy's entertainment. She's playing with her food. No other poppy playtime game can make the puzzles feel interesting Also I like how the Anne has little clutter. You're not numb to the mess and chaos. The bits of toy with blood draws your attention because it ain't buried in some mess
The "player was a toy all along" doesnt really make sense, at least to me. Since the MC is returning to the factory. He called out sick the day shit went down. Unless they change that story to something like "the MC only thinks hes returning" or somethin like that, i don see how the "player was a toy all along" theory could hold any water
Nowadays, I look forward to watching Sean and Gab's playthrough of games like this cause they really do take their time searching lores and appreciate the thought of it
It would have been cool if there were other moments in the chapters after the first one, that you could possibly see huggy wuggy trying to get to you or just look for you. Moments that could be missed or just simply make you second guess if it's him or if it was nothing. Something along those lines. Great gameplay as always and love the new hair!
@ashlostmangos1539 Of course. It just a "Thank you for calling Playtime Co yadda yadda yadda. And then get's all garbled and demonic sounding. No one answers. No need to be anxious. But I was a little worried I'd have to talk to someone or leave a message. So I get it. I noticed when it wasn't a 555 number that it was real so I HAD to call it though. I'm actually surprised more people aren't mentioning it. Game Theory is going to have a field day.
@ashlostmangos1539 spoiler in case anyone wants to call the number themselves!!! . . . . . . . . . ………. literally all it says on the other line is “Goodbye.” and then it hangs up lol
I am not exagerating when i say... it has taken me ALL DAY to watch this. I thought i could binge it all in one go but brain said NOPE. Don't get me wrong i'm hyper interested with this playthrough, i've just been attempting to manage Chronic pain for the past 3 days and it has been making it hard to concentrate 😂 Thanks gab for helping distract me on and off today lol
I love watching your playthroughs for Poppy Playtime! You are very thorough with the VHS tapes and the notes when most people don't want to read everything or sit through the audio. You also do your best to find everything! I'd have to agree that chapter 3 is also my favorite out of all the chapters so far! Chapter 4 had a lot of bugs in it and doesn't do justice to a lot of the characters they hyped up like the Nightmare Critters or Pianosaurus.
I avoided all spoilers just to see Gab play, even when I can't play the game myself, I enjoy myself just as much watching her since our gaming styles are similar
Ohhhh I'm excited to watch this after work today, cozied on my sofa with my kitties :D I already watched Sean's playthrough but I never skip a Gabs video!
I've been SO EXCITED for the video, and I'm so excited that it's so long!!! Can't wait to curl up tomorrow night and enjoy this whole ass movie! Thank you, Gab :DD
I'm amazed that I absolutely hated the game for the last 3 chapters, but this chapter was really fun and interesting. Reminded me kinda of Portal 2, which I love. The voice acting was top notch here. The overall quality got better imo. That's such a nice surprise
just finished watching Gab's poppy playthroughs today this is perfect timing ❤ after watching Sean's ch4 i realized this game was like. actually good and the lore is coherent (kevin appears already in a tape in the playhouse section of ch3, the kid who needed "proper rest") so i got hooked sosofast haha. love Gab's detailed gameplay, cant wait to see even more of the details, ch4 is definitely my fave
I believe Doey is made of three children and it is symbolized through the three hands on his belly. I could be horribly wrong but the personalities of the three children had been blended together, leaving their reactions to fluctuate. They reference an "Interruption" while talking about Kevin Barnes (Green Tape) which makes me believe they this is Jack Ayers falling into the doe. This forced them to consider taking another route with Doey and combining the children... Matthew Hallard - Referenced as "A Dream Child." due to his nature of taking care of the other children. This can still be seen in Doey's character with his devotion to keeping the others safe yet his insecurities can also be seen. If he can not keep them safe, what does that make him? Also gonna mention "Blames himself for the family he could not save." Perhaps he believes this is his second chance. - Care Taker. Kevin Barnes - This child has been known to show signs of aggression towards the other children, yet the words "Intense play" lead me to think he is not aware of the harm he is inducing. This blends well with Matthew as once he believes he has failed his second family, it is like he gave up trying, allowing Kevin to take the lead. It can also be seen in the moments where he loses his temper and tries to regain himself. - Aggression. Jack Ayers - They did not know Jack's temperament, meaning they had no idea how it would affect the man of doe. The child seemed energetic making me believe he killed Pianosaurus. The manner was erratic yet nonchalant making me think he wasn't fully aware of what he was doing, linking back to Kevin. - Childish nature, shown in the humour. Children are unpredictable, not even to mention the fear they must be in. Sorry for the ramble, thought it was interesting. XDDD Feel free to add on if I missed stuff!
Gab the new haircut is sooo cute!! I'm not big on poppy's playtime but i love a longplay lol. This one was really interesting tho and lmaoo i love the little kissies and huggies, i think that was my favorite part honestly 😂 it might not make any sense but i feel like the next chapter should have more tiny kissies and huggies
I do enjoy games with reading and lore but they needed to spice things up, like maybe some audio tapes having visuals or something or have the pages read to you by the person who write it. The lore is great but I'm so numb from it
I've been waiting for another chapter of this!!!! Also, your hair is different correct? Shorter? Lightened up?! It looks good!!! Also, Doey's voice creeps me out! 😂 🖤
I always enjoy watching your playthroughs! 🥰 Glad you were able to get around to this insanely dark chapter. Unrelated side note: Ever since your playthrough of Platform/Exit 8, I've been wanting more playthroughs with Japanese text cause it's simply lovely hearing you speak Japanese since I'm wanting to learn it more and that Japan's my dream vacation spot. ☺️💕
Love seeing multiple TH-camrs do a playthrough of this game!. I 1st saw Sean playthrough it, then I saw Preston do his playthrough, now Gab is doing a playthrough!. Love it! :D
SPOILER this is like the only playthrough ive seen where yall didnt kill the plushie 😅 everybody else didnt have a second thought about killing the poor thing
I’ve been watching this whole series back to back and the improvements from each game to the next is incredible! Love your playthroughs Gab, you are the best! 💕✨
A lot of youtubers play games like these but Gab you are my go to. Somehow you make watching much more enjoyable than anyone else, keep up the great work!
Does anyone else think that Elliot is the prototype? Like he died and they used him for the real experiment of bringing the dead back to life? He spoke to Poppy like maybe he was her father?
Since you mentioned the epilepsy thing with every game... for years I've been saying it's great and all that many games have arachnophobia filters but I will be impressed when they come with epilepsy filters and the ability to turn flashing lights off just to open them and make them safe for people with an actual disability. Digital spiders won't hurt anyone.
I wonder if the prototype is supposed to be an early Poppy variant that has heavily modified itself, or if it's a new toy that was in development just before the hour of joy.
Among all of 4 chapters, for me the first poppy playtime still the best one ❤. Even though i like the lore part for other chapters, but i kinda miss the feel in chapter 1 where we just explore the factory, see some subtle creepy things , too focus for solving puzzle that make you forget this is a horror game until it's to late. Btw, it's seems there's not much lore about the mc. And because we don't speak, don't have any monologue that show our thoughts and feelings, the mc feel more emotionless than the toys.
The way I was WAITING for Gab's playthrough...

-Regarding why the Doctor became what he is, there's an incident that predate the Hour of Joy, called "The Theatre Incident" that caused death to many visitors, where the Doctor is responsible for it, but the Company don't want to kill him as he is their 'Brain' for this Experiment, so they turned it into what he is now (And the aftermath, we can see it on the Chapter 4 Teaser Video, the Doctor)
-Now with confirmation that Poppy is Elliot's Daughter, this confirm why Poppy is considered special among the Toys.
Thanks for this info!!
That tape made me REALLY angry. Playtime co really hired the worst kind of human beings
@ right?
@@CiarlaBI don't think Playtime hired them based on their intelligence.
As someone who has experienced ✨️ childhood trauma ✨️ even if she's only 12, what Riley is writing about feeling is both relatable and not unfathomable for her age, sadly - well until the whole becoming a toy thing.
Yeah, I remember people telling me I behaved and articulated in a way that sounded/seemed way older is feeling different nowadays.
I've always been considered older which is why Ive had an easier time getting along with adults but going through therapy, I've realized how much trauma I've experienced
gab and sean making the same joke about becoming the joker is peak couple goals
Sean being in the chat on twitch was so cute and lovely to see such a strong relationship these days. I've given up on it all tbh but I love to see others happy. Both playthoughs where awesome thanks for the good times ❤
Ok aside from the GIFT that is 4 hours of gab playing Poppy Playtime
That haircut though??? Super cute!
3:58:33 “Mark, how you saw?” Love an unexpected [REDACTED] reference.
@@elnino8522i really like this, though i want to add something as well: i have seen people theorize that the player is specifically Rich since there are quite a few tapes/papers about him yet his role/importance isn’t quite specified
i’m probably not explaining it as well as the other people who’ve said this do 😅 but from what i’ve seen i feel like it’s definitely a plausible theory
an youtuber made a theory that the player is doctor white.
Poor Doey :( God, I love him he deserved so much better than everything that he's gone through
Oh thank god it was just Kissy's arm I thought she got buried in the rubble when I was watching Seán's playthrough. I swear if anything else happens to Kissy leave my girl alone.
This is so REAL the way I got teary seeing her hurt bro, everyone leave kissy alone challenge
I'm expecting a Kissy vs Huggy fight. She's going to be at a disadvantage with only one arm!
@@WolfRaven119 then ig we'll have to even the odds and take his arm✨🪚✨
@@WolfRaven119 doesn't huggy also have one arm?
@flos-garden ooh, I can't remember!
3:05:06 gab, every gamer i watched, they chose to kill the critter instead of letting it live. not sure if it really affects the scenario but i guess you chose humanity instead of mercy killinv. good job! ❤️
I actually helped one guy who didn’t want to kill the toy either.
I saw another play through, and he deserved a choice
I saw one guy refuse to do it, it just ends up with the player being killed by the little Nightmare Critters that break in. So, it's a Hobson's Choice, it's a choice that's not really a choice.
manlyBH also looked around and found the handle
I saw only playthroughs of people finding the handle and not killing the critter so yeah
Both ElasticDroid and Pezzy didn't kill the little critter, I'm pretty sure. Did Droid kill it initially though? Yes 😂
I agree with KickinChicken, when I go outside I also AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I keep getting poppy and banban lore mixed up in my head so I never remember what happened last time, it makes for an interesting viewing experience
Same! 😅
omg me too! I was trying to remember what had happened and realized I was thinking of Banban (which I couldn't follow anyways). Once I did it made it much easier to remember correctly. I love that I'm not the only one XD
1:03:52 "Well I just got my autism assessment, to be honest 😳" the way you said this made me CACKLE askldfskd
Same 😂
Spoilers for this chapter below.

3:58:31 the way I couldn’t hold in my laughter when you referenced my favorite video from unus annus. Nice that other people still remember too
35:45 I believe they said that's literally what they did. Took the Netherlands, and made it red to make a stain.
that’s actually hilarious
omg gab the short hair is so cute!
I guess that explains why their voices sound so similar at times.
but is Rich voiced by Mark?
I watched a few videos talking about the entire lore of this series and I'm so amazed! When this chapter dropped I was even more excited. So happy to see you play it Gab ❤
Edit: I'm also happy you always read all the notes! So many people skip over them and miss out on so much precious info
mother has sustained us with 4.5 hours of horror game footage yusssss
I don't think any human could have gotten through that fall without blacking out or at least some broken bones... I don't think he's human, but I don't think he's a toy either. I really hope they stick the landing on this series, it's really something else.
gab is like the first person I've seen so far opening that warden room with the mask on top
I just finished watching Jack's playthrough and now Im watching yours ^^ the voice actors did such an amazing job in this one (Doey and The Doctor ESPECIALLY)
I was JUST about to watch someone else but I wanted to wait for Gab, yaaaaa spooky cozy to watch while working.
Gab complaining about how much the Doctor talks is why she’s my fave gamer. Everyone else I’ve watched talks too much during their games and it ruins the experience for me. But our Gab is just the right amount narration
"This is a cool game.......oooohuhuuuoo wet crunches...."
I like how the game seems to broach (and implied heavily with characters such as Stella) upon the concept of the "Banality of Evil".
Hey youtube bestie! Loving the new hair cut and color! Looking fabulous as always! ❤
Agreed about Gab's hair!
They really should have a small recap for chapters that are really spaced out. Good game even without that.
your HAIR!!!! I’m obsessed!!! It’s so cute ❤️❤️❤️
Chapter 3 was definitely the strongest chapter in terms of setting, scares, characters, and vibes.
We all knew Gregory on the phone was evil, ever since Security Breach.
Do you mean the character named, Ollie? 😅
Cause thats the only dude/kid, that pops up in my mind, when I try to think about this game series, and anybody that talks to the main character, (the one that the player, plays as), either on a walkie talkie, or a (toy) phone, pretty much periodically, throughout all the games so far. 😅
@kalilane7517 Sean's Poppy Playtime ch. 3 reference.
OMG GAB, Jack at the very beginning of the game is the SAME jack that became Doey in that video tape, omg my brain just clicked SO HARD
Mathew I think is right though,
@@ellespoonies Kevin does seem right. I was debating between Matthew and Michael in my head, but that might have been what felt wrong.
it is Jack (fell in), Matthew (leader that a teen), and Kevin (Problem child). They are 1322 A,B,C. (not in that exact order).
@@dancinpenguin3975 And…locked in! New official lore, plus correct data for said lore!
Pianosaurus was so incredibly friend-shaped (
Love how Gabs was so concerned for him, yet she had no idea that he was trying to kill her, then proceeds to not somewhat trust Doey when he saved her from Yarnaby and Pianosaurus lol
Chapter 2 will always be the best game because of the car and mouse between you and Mommy. All of the puzzles and games progress the story foward. You playing the games and solving the puzzles is Mommy's entertainment. She's playing with her food.
No other poppy playtime game can make the puzzles feel interesting
Also I like how the Anne has little clutter.
The Netherlands 'stain' had me cracking up, ngl
35:36 Imagine if the devs had included blood splatter outlines for every country as an easter egg. That legit looks like The Netherlands! xD
Nowadays, I look forward to watching Sean and Gab's playthrough of games like this cause they really do take their time searching lores and appreciate the thought of it
The difference in reaction for Yarnaby between Gab and Sean xD

I'm ready for your thorough, chill and no rush vibe. That's why I like your gameplays so much. 💛
i feel so bad for doey, i have emotional dysregulation and i totally get the "its too loud"
It would have been cool if there were other moments in the chapters after the first one, that you could possibly see huggy wuggy trying to get to you or just look for you. Moments that could be missed or just simply make you second guess if it's him or if it was nothing. Something along those lines. Great gameplay as always and love the new hair!
2:34:14 In chapter 1, we received a tape and letter about the employees. Saying the missing employees are still in poppy playtime factory.
Fun fact. When Jack played this, I called the number in the beginning. You uh...You should try that. Everyone should.
Could you tell me what it does? I’m way to anxious to do stuff like this, hahaha
