    Tutorial on how to make olive bread 'sticks'. These delicious black olive bread sticks are ideal as nibbles with drinks, to serve with a cheese course or to dip in a whole baked Camembert!
    Leave a 250g Camembert in it's wooden box with the lid removed. Using a sharp knife, stab around 10 holes in the top and stud each hole with a few thyme leaves and a slice of garlic. Drizzle with a good squeeze of honey and season with a little black pepper. Bake at 180c for 10 to 15 minutes, or until soft and gooey in middle. Serve with the olive sticks and a little fresh honey...Bon Appétit!

      Thanks Steven...you're my biggest fan! 🤣 Glad to hear your enjoying the videos and making some good bread! I'll try and get a new one up soon...but the sourdough should keep you busy for a while! Good luck. Cheers Jo 👍

    Very tasty! Made this today, absolutely love it. I'm glad I have made sourdough bread which is high hydration coz if I hadn't I would have f'ed it right up! I didn't have mixer so just slapped it up and down against work surface for 10 mins instead to build gluten structures and used the coil folds methods to make it into circle wetting my hands. Highly recommend this recipe. Thanks

      Ha...I love your approach. Some people get so stressed about it all! Just go for it, use some common sense and you can still get great results...as you have done 👍 Thanks for the support, cheers Jo

    Would love to make this but I don't have a stand mixer. Can it be made by hand? Thanks!

    • @BuzzbyBakes
      @BuzzbyBakes  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely, it's quite a wet dough so it'll be sticky to start with, but persevere and it'll come together. Happy baking, cheers Jo

      @@BuzzbyBakes Thanks so much Jo. Sorry one other question, would it be possible to make this as one large loaf instead of bread sticks?

    • @BuzzbyBakes

      @@happygolucky0607 If I were going to make it as a loaf, I'd probably lower the hydration a little. Although, if you're baking it in a tin you might still be ok - but reducing the water by 20 or 30g whould probably help either way. Cheers Jo
