I recently started watching your videos. You are a hard worker with a good heart. I'm curious what the green plant is you cut up and put in the flour mixture. I'm guessing lemon grass but that doesn't grow in my area so I don't even know what lemon grass looks like.

My question is, How far does puy have to push the cart while riding a scooter?
@@spencermerritt1795 Good question. I just wish there was an easier way for Puy to set up that stall without having to push that trolly using the moped, all the way from home. Perhaps there's some legal aspect restricting how it all can occur? Was thinking mini trailer hitch for the bike and converting the mobile cook stand into a trailer? Otherwise buy a small auto rickshaw or tuk tuk that can be fitted for towing. They have some on Alibaba etc... ? Surely there's another way to manage that.

Just moving the cart back and forth, going to the market for bananas and all the other prep work she didn't show is a lot of work. Then she spends 6 hours actually making roti. Wow! Plus she's so kind and grateful for her blessings. The world needs more people like Puy 🙏🥰

What I also admire is that in Thailand you can leave a whole cart full of bananas, etc and no one will steal anything!! Bravo Thailand! It was like this once upon a time in Greece! I will even say it was sorta like this in Toronto where I was born and raised in the early 70s and 80s.

Wish you would get a tow hook for the cart on your motor scooter Puy, it will be safer for you!
