To answer your question yes when this came out here in America it was called the SuperHuman Samurai Syber Squad starring Mathew Lawrence and Tim Curry as the voice of KiloKhan the cyber villain of the series.
I had this toy, one of the first Christmas presents I can remember. I absolutely loved it! I wish I could find all the parts, every now and again whilst sorting through old boxes in the attic I'd find pieces to it.

90년대 손오공 완구 회사에서 dx 슈퍼 신크로
(확대판) 발매되었고 크기는 dx 그레이트 용자급 입니다.
아쉽게도 슈퍼 신크로와 dx포르모는 호환이 안됩니다
와 컴퓨터 특공대! 합체도 독특하고 나름 관절도 좀 있어서 재미있게 가지고 놀았더랬죠

The toy is Japanese version of Takara.
