What a lovely video! Thank you so much! Ardnamurchan is one of the places in Scotland we love most and have visited very often. Greetings from Germany.
Oh gosh.....no comments for a whole year! 2020 and lockdown. Forget the Champs Elysees, I am coming HERE. That is in part due to this inspiring film. Thank you. I have often driven through Morvern on my way to Mull. My granny was born in Lochaline, or close by. Maybe it will stir some ancestral blood in me!
Helloooo I used to work with Julie when I was Ranger at Bickerton Hi! Hope youre OK, weve been going to Ardnamurchan for years but this viedo made us go when the bluebells and cuckoos where about in May 2019 I think it was, (we always go summer or autumn). It was sooo good to see the Bluebells, cuckoos and it all looking so vibrant. Only been back once since COVID and now theres so many you tube on wild camping at Sanna I dont think its such a beautiful secret anymore! We went to Port Ban, Kintyre last year for a change as Resipole campsite closed down it was beautiful down there but not a patch on Ardnamurchan. Gigha was worth a visit if youve not been yet. I cant ever articulate why Ardnamurchan is so special (and Ariundle, Lochaline etc) it just is where my heart is and always will be I think (plus I love Ted and Peigi the lighthouse dogs far too much) Happy adventures to you both x
Thanks for sharing this. I fell in love with Ardnamurchan back in 1983 when I worked at the Glenborrodale Castle for a summer season. It was a life changing experience for a young man. Such beauty and also a wonderful opportunity to explore the area on my days off. As one poet said of its rugged beauty - " God ran out of earth when he made Ardnamurchan".
A very polished presentation, which loses no gloss through the passage of time. I discovered Ardnamurchan back in 2012 and it is a wonderful peninsula. Many thanks for sharing.
You wont know how much that film means to me, but I absolutly love the place and have been going since the early 90's. Love the photography, love the way you have edited it all together, and cant wait till the autumn when we go back.
thank yoiu so much for putting this lovely video to gether and sharing it with the rest of us I cant make it to scotland as much as used to (also have massive love affair with scotland) so it was wonderfull to watch this with a glass of laphroaig. once again many thanks
Thank you very much for you comments. Ardnamurchan is a special place for sure. It has such an amazing light quality which really helps capture the beautiful mountains, sea and lochs on camera.
Really pleased to hear your thoughts, thank you. We are going back again this year to explore and enjoy the paths and tracks, the wild coast and the great hill walks - Ben Hiant, Ben Resipole, Ben Laga, we'll be walking up them again, all being well!

Brilliant
I move there in April. From Buckinghamshire, via Northumberland and the Borders.
Ardnamurchan is remote, clean, the wild flowers were amazing. Would love to go back and experience some wildlife although I have seen a mink there!
