@@piplsystemsIf smartphone is not in bedroom, you can not see where burglar is in the house ? sorry, but at this price, keypad should have at least the same features of the app..
See this is the issue im facing aswell. I have this keypad and it does not display faults when they happen, and the alarm location is not shown. Its a basic function of any alarm system. I hope they change this really soon. Same for the user codes. Why do they need a number before each code like 3*1234? Any other alarm system like the galaxy just uses all the codes and distinguishes them from each other…
Have you contacted ajax about this? They're pretty on the ball about taking on ideas and feedback. This also seems bonkers to me that they wouldn't show the zone or device that triggered the alarm on the keypad itself. @@serialshitposter186
Good eye! The TouchScreen Keypad is designed to wake up when it detects movement. In this test, since the keypad is placed on a table, the camera cannot see me directly, so I needed to wave my hand to activate the display. In a typical installation, where the keypad is mounted at ''human'' level, it will light up when someone approaches, depending on the sensitivity setting you choose in the app. Thank you for watching!
Love this keypad! Both designed and functional. Ajax did an impressive work
I’ve been waiting for this keypad for while, finally it’s released 🥳🥳🥳
Great review 👍 thank you

Nice keypad, nice features, but when alarm sounds, where to see the zone that triggered the alarm ?
You can see this on the screen of KeyPad Touchscreen. But also you see this in your mobile app.

Why doesn't it wake when you touch it, you had to wave each time after trying to touch it ?
Good eye!
