I am from Beautiful Garden City of India, Bangalore. After our Hajj back in 2019, i had brought Zamzam.
I have one of my good Hindu friend at Ambala. I had gone to Delhi on business visit and had kept some Zamzam with me to offer him if we met.
Coincidentally he came on my way and met. First thing he asked is, incase I had Zamzam and his wife needed it to refresh thier son with Zamzam for shifa.
It was a miracle that, without any previous conversations both of us were wishing on same lines.

Not only Haajees bring Zamzam after their hajj, but many muslim who go to Umrah (a shorter version of holy visit to Mekkah) will bring Zamzam water with them and give in small plastic bottles with dates to their relatives and friends as a beautiful gift. And it will be there in most of muslim houses.

I remember a long time ago one day I was very depressed and i was getting anxiety attacks due to some medical reasons but my mom and dad used to give me zam zam water and after drinking it. I used to feel like that nothing had happened to me. From that day I always keep zam zam water in my fridge and drink whenever I feel low.

I went for Umera in December and Spent most of the time in Haram Shareef (Khaana e Kabbah), Only drank Aab e Zam zam and I can cleary see it's effects. Brought 10 Liter with me.

Zam zam = it means, “stop”. When the water started gushing out; Bibi Hajira made a small circular wall to hold the water, yet the water overflowed. Then, Bibi Hajira said, Zamzam. Hence, it is called Aab e zamzam. Aab = water.

The story narrated by some is that when baby Ismael (pbuh) was rubbing his tiny feet on the ground due to intense thurst, the water started oozing out of the ground under his feet. At the beginning Bibi Hajira (pbuh) tried to put a small bankment around the water hole to save water, but the water kept coming out, and it wouldn't stop. So she kept saying "zum, zum', zum, zum" which means stop, stop in Arabic, and hence the name Zam Zam for this special and sacred water.

There are videos on the scientific properties of ZamZam. If you mix a small drop of ZamZam in a glass of water, the entire glass of water acquires the property of ZamZam. If your friend does not have ZamZam, she can inquire from other Muslims in neighborhood or close relatives and will be pleased to give you a small vile and you can put a couple of drops in a glass water drink it.
