    Preserved Crosville ENL930/HFM186N
    Leyland National Mk1
    Hooton Park Running Day
Welcome to another episode in this multi part series where we experience what it was like back in the day when step entrance buses were still in use by featuring a bus from the old days whether it be in preservation or still in use with an independent company. Part 50 takes us for a ride on THX220S.
Last year I attended the Hooton Park Rally and I found it to be quite an enjoyable event so for this years event I made sure to once again attend, I didn't quite get as much done as a lot of what was out was either buses I had been on or was not really interested in but I did end up on a couple of Leyland Nationals. My last bus of the event was ENL930/HFM186N a Crosville green and orange liveried mk1 National, it's recorded between Hooton Park and Hooton Station on the last shuttle of the day to the railway station.

I remember when she was based at Runcorn with her original DP layout. Then becoming 298 in the North Western fleet. Looking in much better condition here.
