this was really, really good game from Carlsen. And you cant say Fedosseev played badly, he did what he could, but Carlsen is just so much better. I remember when long time ago I watched documentary about Carlsen, who was child prodigy then. How he beat Karpov and drawed with Kasparov . Back then I thought : another wunderkind, how many kids like that we saw already ? But he was more than that. He became a legend in league of Capablanca, Alekhine, Fischer or Kasparov. Perhaps after 20 years when we talk about chess legends, his name is mentioned even first, and only then few others from 20th century
You forgot to mention vishwanathan anand, even Carlsen himself mentioned that he was fearful of vishy while practicing and analyzing vishy's games for World Championship 2013!!
@@jaypandya2227😂 he said he was fearful of Vishy winning a game without having to play one move on his own which means he was afraid of the engine moves that he comes prepared with not Vishy's skills, don't spread misinformation bro
Thats because vishy of 2013 was not ghe same as vishy of 2008 or the 2000's. However i feel magnus would still have won but it wouldnt have been such a easy victory for magnus as it was in 2013@@williamrobert9898
I think you got it spot on. The chess books of my youth were open to the criticism of "one player playing, the other applauding". I don 't believe that happens so often with the top players today. In that sense (too) the game was exceptional.
I think that the unprovoked bishop swap was Carlsen's overall strategy to oversimplifi position which caught Fedoseev off guard, who was expecting more complications. To me this is the genius of Carlsen: To know thy opponent!!
Everybody is saying Fedoseev didn't play bad, and ofcourse he didn't, but he was playing like always a step behind. Whatever he had in mind, Carlsen already had a proper and firm reply to that. One thing for certain, he shouldn't have gone for that horrible pawn structure, it really hampered him so much throughout the game. Couldn't even give a single check till the very last moments of the game, when he finally managed one ineffectual check. Game was already lost by then.
Sagar sir plz atleast at the time when the players analyze, plz don't speak. We all know how great a player Magnus is and we have all watched the game. Allow us to try and listen to their talks, atleast whispers. Not intending to offend you, just a suggestion
Sagar brought to tears at 8:00 by that beautiful little move 😛
😂😂🤣
He was thirsty..😂
He made very accuracy moves and dominated over the game. Sagar's commentary enriched the game.
More than anything, your grammar needs to be enriched!

And Morphy from the 19th century
8:10 is the best moment
Fedoseev got absolutely mauled.
Not often do you see a 2700+ player looking so helpless
This game looks like an early 20th century game
I think you got it spot on. The chess books of my youth were open to the criticism of "one player playing, the other applauding". I don 't believe that happens so often with the top players today. In that sense (too) the game was exceptional.
Well, he got his revenge today.
6:36 sounds made me to check my house😂
😂
Same
😂
Russian federation deals harshly with players putting knights on the rim.
That's the most aggressive game I've ever seen. It's a template for how to take over a game completely. Most impressive!
0:27 Magnus didn't give a shit to that guy.
Such beautiful game.
Make me remember two game of Fedoseev against Magnus at world cup, the zugszwang game
what a masterpiece!! Thank you for sharing this game with us
Unbelievable how he comes up with such accurate moves hats off world champ 🐐
6:45 what are these horrifying sounds , this really scared me

I wish I could hear what they said post game man his game is simple but flawless
One of the most beautiful games I ever saw. It's absolutely amazing how every move from Magnus perfectly fortifies his peaces and advances his attack.
Beautiful game. Wow😮
GOAT = Magnus 😗
It's such an blessing to hear your informative commentry ❤🎉
Perfection.
A masterpiece! Nimzowitsch will be looking down and smiling....
Exactly what I thought 😊
Ha! Magnus should start selling his own brand of bottled water, each bottle in the shape of a chess piece! Magnus Water!
I wish I could hear the discussion between them (and an analysis of it), after the game.
I bet that was some REAL next-level stuff!
By seeing magnus chess...he straight away hunts opponents pieces ..he makes opponents helpless ..finally he sends thier opponents in to hell ...👽💯
Wait guys, he’s not late 👏
I hv seen his game...great inspiration!!
16:06 Fedoseev flips Magnus the middle finger.

Thank you for sharing your experience Michael! It's really helpful.

You make watching chess interesting. Thank you.
Magnus is not human
Great commentary!
Sagar, I enjoy your commentary in conjunction with every game.

Fedossevo did the only one mistake that he didn't push that A pon to A5 either he pushed H pon that makes the black position solid 🤧🤧

Magnus seems simultaneously more relaxed and more focused than anyone he plays against.
