I really love Zootopia, too, and I'm excited for Zootopia+ to come out on Disney+! My favorites of these figures are Pawpsicle Nick, Mr. Big, Pawpsicle Finnick, and Clerk Flash.
Clawhauser’s first name is in fact Benjamin! Apparently he says it at one point in the film.

After Lion King, Zootopia is my favorite Disney movie!! Sloths are one of my favorite animals so Flash is my favorite out of these, especially the one beyond the desk 😍
The fire hydrant is for Judy being a metermaid and the "books" are files that assistance mayor Bell weather was bringing to mayor lion heart to look at. My favorite was with the Finnic with the elephant pop
