That's an informative video. Tip: when you make onion powder, to avoid caking, you might try re-dehydrating the powder. To do this, pass your dehydrated and ground powder through a fine-mesh sieve, the put it back in the dehydrator for 6-8 hours. Excalibur has silicon mats to put the powder on. Another tip: don't open the dehydrator door if the fan is on.
