    Hi Sandeep! Thanks for the video. I did some research on this by going through the German Embassy (diplo) and make it in Germany websites. It only says we need to apply for long term National Visa (Type D) and upon getting that you can apply for the Blue Card after arrival in Germany. I didn't find a separate form for the same on the Diplo site here apart from the annexure for employment. Should the desire for Blue card be mentioned on the Cover Letter? Also if I'm not wrong, a local address with anmeldung is required for it right? Am I missing something?

    Hi Sandeep, as a Blue card holder, with out job ,3 months only (official) we can stay in Germany. If we do not get any other job , we have to leave the country.
    My question is:
    how is it possible to stay 1 year with out job in home country and come back to Germany n search for a job?(You have spoken in the video )

    • @ConicalEducation
      @ConicalEducation  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because they say both things if you read all the rules, if fired, you have 3 months to search! On the other side they say, you can go to home country max for a year, so point is when fired, you might be eligible for social benefits and if you leave you are not eligible for social benefits! I know it’s bit diplomatic!

    If I got a job offer in Germany, anyways they will give a working visa. So, what's the use of this card? With the working visa it is the same, they kick you out in 3 months if you unemployed. Why IT the salary threshold is lower? It has to be other way around.

    • @ConicalEducation
