The well should be okay. Typically it's insulated around the opening if it's a dug well. A drilled well is usually very deep and won't freeze that far down. The pressure tank will be emptied as you do the winterizing process. The water will be shut off and you will drain everything from the hot water tank and start blowing everything out. The pressure tank will naturally be empty. Of course, you will have to turn off the breaker for the well pump to keep it from filling up again.
What’s the average ticket to winterize something like that? I have over 800 customers in my property maintenance portfolio and thought about adding this as a service for fall/winter
If you don't blow out the ines, and you're not using the building to keep it warm, the pipes will freeze and break. When they thaw out, you'll have a big mess and lots of repairs!
It's all tied to together. As you blow everything out, since the water is shut off, all the lines (both hot and cold) will be emptied during the process. You don't need to do each side.
Thank you for this! Appreciate it! 👍
Thanks a lot for sharing
Thanks for the video. If you have a well and a pressure tank, what needs to happen with those?

Nice and thorough
NEVER use pliers on the faucet aerators without a protective pad. A leather glove is best, cloth can work. Without that the parts will be damaged.
Hi ,nice información.
How much can be the cost for that's service?
You never showed how to make the adapter piece.
Step one - get a clue
Step two - make the adapter
If you cant figure out these steps yourself, then you should hire someone to do it for you.
make sure every step you do you GO AHEAD and do it. dont just do it. GO AHEAD and GO AHEAD like this guy
Hey bro....not sure i got the whole meaning of the message right but...the go ahead part was like a sign for me to do something so...thanks

Can you just leave the water in the hot water tank and leave it on all winter?
What happens if you don’t blow out the lines?

What about the cold water side ?
