    It’s always better to have a financial plan. To avoid having to manage your life. Working with a licensed planner and fixed-income strategist in LA. The fixed income portion of your portfolio won’t simply serve as a buffer to the volatility of the equity portion of your portfolio, but will provide legitimate income

      People downplay planner’s role, until they are burnt by their mistakes. That’s why I’ve been working with expert planners like LUCY ROSE CARTER

      I know Lucy, she is a CFP and I first saw her on the BBC talking about the crypto and real estate. And I just had to look her upon the WEB. I’ve made real good money since.

    I invested $200,000 in SSB at an average 3% interest which effectively gives me an average monthly interest of $500 for 10 years. SSB is very safe and can be withdrawn anytime.

    To all Singaporeans, please invest wisely and do more research before committing to any investment. Read widely and wisely and don't be greedy.

    Very honest to advise not to put in the bank even though she works at the bank 🏦👍🏽. Low to negative interest rates around the world.

      Not true. Some banks in the world give 15% rates. American banks are robbing yall blind

    How to invest in "Safe Bond Fund"?
    Name of the fund?
    Can it be bought online like any other shares?

    • @joshconsultancy

      Nikko AM short term bond fund is one possible example for CPF shielding. It's a low risk unit trust bond fund

      @@joshconsultancy Thanks. So can I just log into my online Phillip Securities website to buy said fund (just like how I buy other shares online)? Or some other methods is required? Do I need to hold the share for a minimum amount of time? How long? Can I sell it the same way I bought it?

    Its not like as though our entire cpf total gets 6% interest....its only for the first few thousand dollars. We are just kidding ourselves.

    • @Vapour85

    • @indranizar2342
      @indranizar2342 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Vapour85 i did not say they did not explain clearly. Malaysians are getting 7-8% for their EPF and that means for the entire amount, not limited up to certain amount like our CPF. Thats why I say, CPF is shortchanging the account holders.
