Weightlifting 100# Dumbbell Rows @ 68 yrs old

  • I was asked to post more videos of my workout sessions. So this was the first exercise of my bicep/back workout day. The actual workout consisted of the dumbbell rows that I show in the video. In addition to the dumbbell rows I do EZ curl bar Smith machine bent over row and barbell bent over row. I always split the body up for my training days. thanks for watching like share subscribe comment.
