sleeve is any opening in vertical member like beam and retaining walls while cutout is any opening in horizontal member like slabs

9.20 slab Nahi... Beam bottom se measure Karna hai...
Nice. Apka confusion samjha mujhe. Lekin upstand/inverted beam me beam bottom aur slab ka bottom same hi hoga. Lekin agar drawing me +250mm from SSL diya hai matlab slab level se diya hai means hum slab top se lenge naki slab bottom se.
