- Kangkong or water spinach is one of the the most common vegetables in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. It's a very nutritious green vegetable that's also very cheap.
What you'll need: 1 bunch of kangkong (250 grams), 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. dark sweet soy sauce, 1 tsp. fish sauce, and 1 tsp. sesame oil.

You have a nice way of presenting your recipe...just cook it! The instructions on the screen are easy to read and the lack of talking is a welcome change. Your video put me in a Zen state just listening to all the wonderful sounds coming from the ingredients. Thank you for posting. 🙏🏼

I know it takes time, but I wash the leaves individually. I’m just paranoid about worms or pests that may have attached to it.
Same. I soak mine in container of water so all the debris sinks to the bottom. I do that 3-4 times so I know it's really clean.
Yeah soaking it for this long makes it loses all its good nutritions
i wash it three times bcuz im afraid their might be worms in it.
U know what anything that fried with garlic ,oil it all smell delicious

No. Soy sauce and oyster sauce have salt already but it's up to you to adjust.
Pwede poba syang pang keto?
Meron po siyang soy sauce at oyster sauce, so hindi po siya keto. May mga alternative sa soy sauce like coconut aminos.
Ano pong brand ng sweet soy sauce ginamit nyo? Thanks

Ito ang diperensya ng local chef at Chinese chef preparation pag putol lahat kailangan pang ipakita , sa Chinese cook tuloy tuloy at mabilis ituturo agad ang proseso mismo dto pati pag pitas na dahon ibaiba ipalikita pa ..waste of time..sorry comment lang wag sna magalit.
