After waiting a year, I finally bought a large bottle of Hero and it's great. Full of cedar and juniper. It stood out to me from the samples I was trying. 🌲🌳
Hero is actually pretty good. Hoping that discounters give better prices, 80 bucks seems a bit much. Would pick up if I can get it around 40-50 dollars.
I like the Hero edt a lot just wish it lasted a little longer / was stronger. Im wondering how similar any of these are to that. I only have a little sample of hero EDT and like it a good amount. I just need another summer / somewhat fresh scent that isnt very oceanic like the ADG profondo which I have and love.
Hey Ross, Great video. I love Mancera Vetiver Sensual. It’s one of my favs from Mancera. I also love Dior Homme 2020. That H24 EDP is a whole vibe. Great office scent.
Good list. TdH Parfum is my fav lately. I just had a first wear on H24 edp last week, great scent! Loving DH 2020! I almost bought Vetiver Sen’ but the price suddenly jumped about $30 everywear. And now I think Explorer Plat’ is going to be my next purchase…tho I see Nate just said Ralphs Club Elixer is coming soon.
Very good video. I also enjoy Mancera Wind Wood. It has a slight woody feel but reminds me also of Chez Bond and Creed GIT. Dior Homme 2020 is a modern classic! 👍🏾

If you can get it, you should give Stash by Sarah Jessica Parker SJP a try. Creamy woods with a nutty pistachio note. It's like a nice walk during fall.
Have you ever tried Invicta's Gladiator Limited Edition or Sapil's Iconic? Those are both Woody Aromatics. I'm trying to find more like them but I'm so new to the fragrance world.
I coincide with your taste on most fragrances. But "Vetiver Sensuel" is the exception: For me, it is a floral fragrance, not masculine at all, not vetiver at all (at least, to my nose). I bought a full 120 ml bottle, and i am selling it.
I grabbed the Issay Vetiver about three weeks ago at a discounter site. What a great summer scent, especially for the price. Can’t wait for it to macerate a little bit because it didn’t last that long, but I think it will after a few months. Grey Vetiver needed to macerate too for it to perform. I have to throw some hate at Kenzo Homme Intense. To me it’s actually the worst fragrance I have ever smelled. My girl made me go directly to the shower after I put it on. I can’t get rid of it either, brothers, cousins don’t want it. Love the rest on the list though bro, keep up the good work.

My favorite Woody fragrance is Bentley Absolute. I got in Hardwood by Fragrance World the other day and that was completely different than what I was expecting. It’s sweet and boozy. It’s awesome but not anything I was expecting it to be. I ordered Maison Alhambra Extra Woods. I believe that it’s a clone of Bulgari Wood Essence. Not you got me interested in Montblanc Platinum. Kenzie sounds great too.

Khadlaj Infini absolute. Very nice. Vetiver+Citrusy+woody smell. A great buy 👍

To me H24 is versatile Polo Green.
