    CMR in example 4 is - 1.6/+3×90 therefore u should rewrite the same at the end of the example 4. What u have written is CMR +2.1/+2.6×87

    Please i want to ask what the difference here when we in 4 map compare the manifest astigmatism by total astigmatism (anterior _posterior). SO WE HAVE TO COMPARE the corneal refraction that we obtain from the topography by CMR.
    Another question please the term manifest indicate ? THERE may be cycloplgic refraction , and in general when we use the cycloplegic refraction in refractive surgery.
    The last question if i do not have except the 4 maps , and the thickness display(we do not have pentacam in our clininc and the patient bring with him theses papers) , is it important the total corneal refraction map and thank you very much
