Gratitude to you, Dr.Sinjab. I am a great fan of yours. You explain the things so well, learnt a lot about keratorefractive surgery , it’s practical tips, from your videos 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Dear DR Sinjab: thank you very much for your detailed and clear explanation of very nasty issues. you are just amazing! Doc i didn t find part 8 of refractive surgery concepts on youtube, is it not yet issued?
Lots of thanks dear prof. May i ask some questions : 1-Regarding to Trans- PTK for flap striae, which protocol / machine do you prefer and which of them is less likely to induce refractive errors ?? 2-Regarding to customised Trans- PTK, is there any difference or other considerations to take ?? 3- Regarding to the " on-site " protocol : a )) should i respect the epithelium thickness or i can advance to stroma if i still see striae on slit beam ( eg: 6 or 7 sessions) ?? b)) The parameters i should set (zero refractive error - 10 micron ablation - large OZ ) ... any other parameters sir ?? MUCH OBLIGED

Thank you very much for your wonderful guidelines. Looking forward for your next lectures.God should stay with this kind of people.
Thank you for ur lectures Dr. Sinjab . Can you kindly make lectures about phacodynamics ? Kind regards
جزاك الله خير الجزاء

Thank you Ahmad. I usually use customized PTK in Schwind which doesn't induce refractive error bcs it is customized.
Thank you dr.Mazen. Could you kindly tell me about my 2nd and 3rd questions ?
+regarding second question: No considerations
third question: correct. just untill the striae disappear, usually 20-40 microns are enough
