  • Welcome to the video tutorial for the Jok the Frog Amigurumi! This adorably enchanted frog prince is full of fun crojo boosting crochet techniques that I cannot wait to share with you! It is partially "no sew" and can be worked up with virtually ANY yarn weight that you may have in your stash! Lets get into some specifics you'll need to have in completing this pattern :)
This is an INTERMEDIATE level pattern. There will be light sewing of the front and back legs, as well as techniques like crocheting continuously in the round, working into the back bumps, working into the back bar of a single crochet st, and using the front loops and back loops of stitches.

You are a life saver. My ex- husbands 2nd ex wife ( yep you read that right) mother LOVES frogs and her sister is dying and she asked me to make her mom a set of 3 frogs to represent each sister. I was trying to come up with a way to incorporate the sister’s favorite colors and the crown is the answer.
Your video is amazingly easy to watch and follow. Thank you so much and please keep doing tutorials.

Such a great amigurumi frog pattern and taught very well! Thank you for NOT making this a “learn to crochet” tutorial on top of teaching us the pattern. Basic crochet skills can be learned in numerous videos on TH-cam. I like how you crocheted in back bar making it easier for frog to sit on flat surface. Sometimes, i put raw rice in bag tied tightly with rubber band and place in base of toy adding wt to the bottom before stuffing with poly fill. Thanks again. Keep up the good work. I look forward to more Amigurumi tutorials. ❤

Wow! I cannot thank you enough for this encouraging comment! It’s hard to keep up with my content creation schedule as a toddler mom, so you totally made my day!
Yes I LOVE using the back bar of the single crochet stitch, it is so effective if you can manage it! Thanks for the tip for the rice bag, I’ll have to try it!!

Thank you, thank you! I'm making a frog with a different pattern but I wanted the feet to be like this. It's not a large frog so the feet using the finger pattern was too big. I didn't think to use the puff stitch. I'm going to make yours next.

Hi!! So for the tutorial I believe I used 18mm size eyes! But you can truly use whatever size you’d like 🥰. Check out my yarn experiment videos to see all the types of eyes I used to recreate the frog prince 🤗✨
