Full of life
PAIN SHIFTING
RISING
PAIN SHIFTING
RISING
seize my head in regret
There might not be another vision
one that makes me forget I wish I was another person
and we still
Try every night to go make sense of it
FIGHTING
Over lust
Still try every night to bound over something
FIGHTING
over love
white powder to forget
the taste of blood and how it burnt them
HUNTERS
TRAITORS
They all think that they’re safe, belated by the same old venom
HUNTERS
GHOSTS
and they steal ideas from your daughters
The one they want
FUCKING
FUCKING
Sublime
Elsewhere naked offered divine and touched by them only
FUCKING
hm, full of life
SOMEONE
LONELY
WAITING
FOR A
TIME AT
SOME PLACE
WHERE IT MAKES
SENSE
LONELY
FUCKING
TOUCHING
SOMETHING
A LIFE
A LINE
A LIGHT
AND DIE
i let go of my pride
For whatever reason I’m free
FIGHTING
FIGHTING
Full of life
I let go dissolved into desires that were not made for me
UGLY
There’s a scar
Take my hand and forget that i am just another woman
Even though you see me you’ll never let me be your boyfriend
But
Tell me lies
SOMEONE
LONELY
FIGHTING
FOR A
TIME AT
SOME PLACE
WHERE IT MAKES
SENSE
LONELY
FUCKING
TOUCHING
SOMETHING
A LIFE
A LINE
A LIGHT
AND DIE

Who else found this song from a Amazon prime commercial
I did!
Me too!
Me
Me!!
Me too! Haunting
I never knew this song until I heard it on the Amazon plant commercial. Then I listened to the whole song and I love it.
Same
Same
Here for the same reason! I had to get Google to listen to the commercial first so I can know the actual name. 😁
Same!
Never been happier to hear an Amazon ad lmao
Canon in D is sublime and full of life
Must have pissed Pachelbel off that D is the only one people play...
I heard this on the Amazon commercial. I am dying of Pancreatic cancer and for some reason this song gives me peace.
My sympathies, I hope you find solace and beauty in it.
Wishing you continued peace and love
Sending you love and prayers ❤️ 🙏
God bless you and keep you!
Keep going. You belong here.
for myself ,like many others here sought out this music from the Amazon Commercial, Why? something about the presentation, violins, electronics and the vocal touched something in me that has only been reached a few scarce times in my life. I've been deeply moved and I'm 71 as of today!
Almost a sensory overload!! BEAUTIFUL......................
once me and my roomate looked it up we were like....damn some lyrics for a COMMERICAL? they didnt put the f bombs in the commercial XD
Happy Birthday! I’m 71 yo, too! Love this song 🎵
Amazon uses good music in their advertising
The violins are a piece by Pacalbel called Canon in d
because your SOUL has been awakened by the combination of lyrics and this timeless piece of music. hooray for YOU and all of us who share your feeling
About 5 seconds into that commercial I realized I was hearing somthing that was incredibly, hauntingly, mesmerizingly beautiful and I wanted more .
Yeah, but not this!
She is simply amazing!!😻
This song is for the ones that need it!!! My soul feels like it's been singing it for years...but I jus found it!! 😢❤❤❤❤❤
That's because it's a tune that's pushing 350 years old

It's amazing how a commercial can bring so many individuals together 😢❤
amazing
Incredible
Thats what I said!! I love it!!
Well spoken. As it should be. We forget how life is actually pretty good.
Isn’t that beautiful. If the entire world could be like us
Never hit the Shazam app so fast inmy life! Great piece!! ❤
Yes! That's how I did ut
I just Shazam'd it just now and now I'm here.
I just typed in the Amazon commercial and it led me here🤭
Me too
It was Sound hound for me 😊
I'm 51 years old and not since I was a teenager have I felt so deeply that a song was speaking directly to me. Everything I've felt for a LONG time. Thank you ❤
I feel it too, babe ♥
Same here but I'm way past 50🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
I'm 62 and I have it on repeat...
Yes, yes, and yes me too. I just told my daughter I swear she new I needed this and wrote for me directly speaking to me amazing, amazing I'm 44 and it plays on my head set all day. This song is a reminder no matter how old or young we all can relay in some way or another through music all walks of life
Is this in asl? By chance.
300 years later and Pachebel is reborn. I love that Christine was not afraid to take something that has been buried and give it a purpose and meaning again. Pachebel is smiling down from heaven. Chris did it justice and now 300 yrs later we can fall in love with a classic all over again because of your creativity it brought the beautiful classical symphony alive again. Thank u, Thank u.
But adding "fucking" ruins it. "fight" sounds way better in several ways.
I absolutely ADORE what she did with this! F bomb & ALL! SHE DID THAT!! If all people took from this was the 'Cussing', i feel badly for them to miss out on such a masterpiece remade by such a voice
You are so right. he did it justice and the f bomb to me makes it even more beautiful it has been re created for today's changing times and I still believe Pachebel is smiling down and has given his blessings to Christine (CHRIS). He really did it justice. Haters will always hate and people are afraid of changing and I love that he remade it and made it his own that's the beauty of change.
Really I thought it was a prime example of contemporary vandalism of a masterful classic. Filth and Schlock. The world is more corrupt for having known it.
Did anyone notice the subliminal words that flashed twice at the bottom of the screen? One of the words is hunters and somebody actually says it at the same time it’s flashed on the screen at the bottom. I had to rewind it a couple times the word traitors also flashes on the screen, but it is part of the lyrics. this song has undertones of child trafficking. But it is mesmerizing, and I agree with the person who made the original comment that they have brought Pachelbel alive After 300 years. I can’t stop listening to the song she has a beautiful voice, and to take this music and put words to it, and sing them to make it fit is brilliant and genius. I have to admit I really wish they would do a version without the F word it’s just not necessary. This piece of work doesnt need it. she should be performing this with an orchestra, and it should be filmed. I think this is truly an incredible piece of art that she has created but without Pachelbel, it would not be. I was not even familiar with the name, Pachelbel but when I heard the original, I recognized it. has anyone ever taken pieces from that time period And put words to them before? it is very unique
I'm happy because reading comments, I thought "fine, I'm not alone". ❤
nobody is alone
I would have never thought I'd live long enough to hear the Pachelbel Canon ( a work of art created more than 300 years ago, mind you) made into a pop song! Amazing!
It's been made into multiple pop songs. Because as it turns out, 16th, 17th and 18th century composers were more talented than the all of the modern music world combined.
It also turns out, that if you truly dedicate your entire life to the core essence of music, you produce timeless compositions that allow your fellow man to transcend mortality for a brief moment.
Or, you can just turn out another catchy piece of pop trash that people will listen to for a year and make a bunch of money.
@@seanwhite4668 And then there's that!
The band Zox did a pretty sweet rock cover of it imo. Doesnt have any lyrics but adds drums and guitar and whatnot
@@seanwhite4668 I agree, and adding the "fucking" to it ruins it. "Fight" like the commercial had sounds way better (it hits home rather than the F word).
Pachelbel canon
Life is full of choices that you make. It can be happy, it can be regret, it can be joy, it can be lies. At 43 and have done it all, songs like this are rarities that make you reflect with nostalgia and wonder, was it you that went wrong or, was it the situation you were put in at the moment that you thought you did the right decision.....
Spot on, well said ✨️
That's wisdom right there...
You couldn't be more right in what you stated in your comment. It hit home.
Very well said.
Accurate.
I concur.
I cannot agree more even though I'm only 18 😅. I'm already feeling these emotions from time ago and can relate to them so much.
heard this from an amazon commercial, this song is absolutely beautiful!
Same!!’
Me too. I usually find music by Googling the lyrics but i could not find this so i downloaded a music recognition thing and instantly found it
Same here
Same!
same! Lol I was like what is that song?? I went to Google and searched "song in amazon ad with lady and plants" haha and that's how I found it.
C’est vraiment Amazon prime commercial qui m’a amené ici et j’ai découvert une vraie pépite 🎉❤
moi aussi frérot hahaha
❤
Merci shazam...❤❤❤❤
Thanks Amazon! I wouldn’t have discovered this amazing song otherwise. This is absolutely brilliant.
Powerful adaptation to the Pachelbel's Canon. Just love it!
She truly adds and makes it her own song but there is no denying that Canon in D is always going to be beautiful.
Canon in D playing in the background MAKES this song!
I loved this the first time I heard it and now I know why. The Canon has always had my heart!
Honestly the only reason I was interested to hear the full song.
Other artists have attempted to use Canon in d in their songs and they have been okay but this one is transformative. So good so powerful so mesmerizing!
I was listening to this song and within seconds, I was literally in tears. I have never heard anything so beautiful and powering as this song. It’s sad, beautiful, very emotional. God bless you Christine for your beautiful angelic voice. You are truly an amazing artist. The song touches my heart in such an amazing way that I just cannot describe. I will always hold this song dearly close to my heart. Just amazing.
I feel the same exact way ❤❤
I absolutely agree! I never had so many emotions from a single song!🙏
Same…of course the music drew me in as I walked down the aisle to my sweet husband to Pachelbel’s Canon. Over 17 years later and 5 years into an intense battle with complex PTSD, the lyrics and vocals just mesmerized me…will definitely listen to more of this artist!🙏🌹
🥹🥹🥹 the 10 seconds of advertising remind me that it was on a Pachelbel CANON IN D that I saw my wife making her entrance to our wedding ✨.
Thanks for this❤❤
Yes the Amazon commercial brought
Me here ❤
Who all came here after amazon commercial?
I did. Lol. Cool song though. Very cool..
I love this song. Looked it up after the ad.
I think just about everyone! I love it too.
🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️
I did.It's awesome!!
I don't think I have ever heard a song that resonated so strongly with me. This encapsulates so many feelings; my pain, my stubborn clinging to hope, the futility of life... thank you for letting this into the wild. I am shaken. ❤
How about Pachelbel's Canon in D?
I would press a 'like' a thousand times, if I could. ❤
She's a very gifted French artist. Listen to the rest of her work, including her dance tunes. This is hauntingly beautiful.
Chris goes by the pronoun “he”.
Born a he
@tgpaul58 and @JCizzleSoCal now I’m confused? Born male at birth and is a trans woman? Or a female at birth who identifies as male?

Is anyone here because of the Amazon Plant commercial?
Yea and I wasn't even sure it was in English but what a masterpiece
We all are

The last and final place I try to search in after i passed through the whole g*ddamn Internet is here, and I found it after 5 painful, boring eternal minutes listening again everything for nothing. But now: I have what I wanted and that's something else!😎
🎼🎶That song; 🎵

I got emotional over a commercial... Pissed me off, it was so beautiful
Me too
Likewise
Same 😂
Tell me about it. Anything that "phuks" with my evil side pisses me off!!!
Why be pissed? It's great
Part of the beauty of this song is due to Pachelbel’s Canon in D in the background. But I do love Christine‘s singing.
It’s a good version of Canon in D
I would have taken all night to research the name of classical violin tune.
I agree with you 100% 🎻 I am spot on with my classical music 🎶🎻🎼🎻
Part? All of it.
@@marcusbelvin8448 This version was on the soundtrack of "Cosmos" in the 1980s.

Like many here, I've discovered this absolutely brilliant, talented singer by watching a tv commercial.
Im glad I did . Absolutely beautiful 💚
I heard this song on the Amazon commercial and was immediately hooked by Pachelbel in the background. What a lovely song. I’m a new Christine and the Queens fan❤
Anger never sounded so broken beautiful strong and defiant at the same time PURE GENIUS 😳
Exactly! I don't think most people are actually really putting thought to the lyrics... And I am still shocked Amazon used it for their commercial. Happy they did, as gives voices to so many unseen human beings, but shocked just few are actually noticing this. Pure genius as you said.

As if it was always meant to be.
To all of those wondering....the song in the background is Pachelbel's Canon in D Major.
Stunningly beautiful work.
Oh I LOVE IT!
Thanks.🎉
Thank you
I knew it I just couldn’t place it thanks
If you ever get a chance to see Trans Siberian Orchestra they play the music also for their Christmas show.
Hard to go wrong with Pachelbel. She has a powerful voice and makes for some pretty angelic moments when she has the harmonies going.
He- transgender - ❤
@@dmgrider5479oh I never knew that! (I'm a v new fan)
I love that Chris is different and was not afraid to take a chance on re mastering Pachelbel classic because of Christine and the Queens it allowed it to come to life again and now 300 years later others are allowed to fall in love the same way they did 300 years ago. Pachebel lives on in Chris.
@@ChefChristinaFamilytravels I feel like I had a stroke trying to read that lol
@@TheBrandiElizabeth lol, I felt like I was having a stroke just writing it lol. I just had to say that. I have fallen in love with Chris since 2016 and when I heard the remake on Pachebel I fell even harder in love with Chris music and all of Chris talent

Amazon brought me here and I'm so happy to finally have heard this beautiful song in it's entirety. ❤❤
The Amazon commercial brought me here, mainly because I love Pachelbel's Canon in D, and the lady's voice in this song is perfectly paired with it.
SAME. I started listening to Canon in d in 5th grade, and I always felt the piece should never have vocals . But this is the perfect match.
It's a transgender artist. "He" but yes "even though you see me you'll never let me be your boyfriend"
Mein Vater kam heute schwer krank ins Krankenhaus und ich dachte über Stunden, dass er stirbt. Nach diesem unvergesslichen Tag lief dieses Lied…..
Es brachen alle Dämme in mir ❤️

I hope your father is ok 🙏
Ich freue mich für dich, dass alles gut ausgegangen ist. Ich arbeite in einem Krankenhaus und verstehe daher Ihre Situation. Alles Gute für deinen Vater und die Familie.
that 808 under the strings of “canon” with chris’ most sublime vocals
I have to thank the Amazon creative folks for leading me to this artist. Just received ‘Paranoia, Angels, True Love’ triple album on vinyl that this song is from and on first listen, it is really, really good. Going to take a few more listens to let it all sink in. It’s pretty complex music, vocally and instrumentally. But man does Chris have a voice. Some major talent, writing, singing and the way he moves.
To have Madonna as a big fan and her contributing to three tunes is quite an honour. And this tune ‘Full of Life’ on big speakers, blow my freaking mind. You just don’t hear the bass that kicks in with the ‘venom’ line on TH-cam. Engineering and sound quality is brilliant.
I’m loving this artist so much I’ve already ordered “Chaleur Humaine” the first album.
Same!
The music behind the lyrics was written in the 1600’s by Johann Pachelbel.
Just saw the advert for the first time and I had to locate the full song. I’ve always loved Canon in D and have about every single version that has been ever recorded 😂. This is my new favourite ❤
If Amazon Prime got something right, that was to use this mesmerizingly beautiful tune.
Heard on Prime Commercial n it Blew me away! Beautiful, I am a loss for words.
Listening again and again. Brings tears everytime. What a talented artist Chris is.
Why am I literally sobbing over this like a baby??
Because your soul just got connected with your heart. ❤

Came from Amazon commercial... but any song that samples Canon in D has to be amazing!
i've never heard from them. but this song is absolutely everything!! I searched high and low for this song lol
I am amazed at the musical genius who created a song that blends with Canon in D without using the same notes.
Canon on it's own evokes so many emotional memories, bitter sweet, painfully and profoundly sad but also profoundly beautiful all at the same time!
Many songs have used or are based on Canon (even puff the magic dragon!) But this track is stunning!
I, like everyone else, had to look up this amazing song. It’s beautiful!!! A place where most of us have been struggling through this thing we call life!
No words to describe how utterly beautiful this sounds. You're truly a blessing
To think that this sublime track has been marinating for centuries. Perfection, all in God's timing.
An Amazon commercial bought me here. Graduating today 2024🎉
🎊. All the best to you.
congrats!!!🫶🏼 this song is literally everything!
Congrats from Italy!!!!
Omg same for me... I heard it a few times and needed to hear it again and again. It touches the emotions deep inside
Heard on amazon commercial, stopped my show, looked for 5 minutes for the song, happy I did.
I did the same!
Should've just Shazam'd it and you would've saved yourself 4 minutes and 55 seconds of searching. That's what I did.
@@SaveDaLastZombiethe commercial went to fast for my to pull out my phone plus I’m at work. Typed in Amazon commercial 2004 on TH-cam then Shazam it.
A nice sample of Pachelbel's Canon. Superb!
Canon in D Pachelbel is one of the most beautiful classical music pieces ever written. incredibly simple in progression and something that resonates in those few simple chords. hauntingly beautiful. And you will NEVER hear it the same way again as when you 'walk your daughter down the aisle to that song'. speaking from experience, in an instant this piece of music has a completely new meaning and each time brings me back to that wonderful sad most proud day when i realized my little girl was now grown. choking back the tears and the lump in the throat!!
i like this one more then Canon in D though of courxe its based on it.
It is. It is.
My Dad walked me down the aisle to canon in D too
This is the best thing that Amazon could ever deliver to me ❤
This song comes straight of an another planet, Galaxy, Univers 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Shout out to Amazon and that plant commercial for putting this song on
Thank you amazon prime for finding this gem.
I never thought music with lyrics like this could exist. Pure genius.
. I know the music already. I chose it for the harpist to play at my wedding. It is the added lyrics and music that impresses me.
If Pablo Picasso wrote lyrics, this is how it would turn out, and that is NOT a compliment.

One of my favourite classical pieces. Very moving
What is the name of the classical piece
@@thetownsends3182 It's a baroque chamber piece known as Pachelbel's Canon (also known as the Canon in D) by German composer Johann Pachelbel (1653- 1706) 🌸 he briefly tutored one of the Bach brothers... 🎼 and I think lots of people have riffed on it... for example, I always think the intermezzo (chill out break during an opera) in Cavalleria Rusticana by Italian Pietro Mascagni (1863-1945) and written for a music publisher's competition (very much like the X Factor ☺️) over 200 years later sounds very similar... the Italian won 😅 🎼 Anyway, thanks for asking the question because it made me go to Wikipedia and learn all this 🤓😅💜❤🧡
This is one of those songs that could haunt you the rest of your life. You could go crazy until you find out who did it, yet, once you do. There's no turning back. It's part of you forever.

Pachel's canon remains one of the most beautiful works since it was composed in 1600. Perhaps Pachel knew that his work would be topical in the last two centuries, and I think it will still be so for some more
