If you're asking about the size of the tablet, although both versions are pretty much the same, this video covers the *small* version of the tablet (which is the CTL-472, with the medium version being the CTL-672)

Nope! Actually, you might find the full area of the small size to be too big for your likings... Personally, I use about 66% of the active area that I have (100x56.25mm out of the full 152x95mm)
