Hi Jane, my bad. I did end up cooking them much later but I forgot to make a video of it. As for cooking them it's the same as buying frozen fries and frying them. Thanks for letting me know about the Pt. 2
Hi Jane, I totally agree on some of the store brought feel and look like they may have been precooked and some brands feel just like mine hard. I did not boil or precook mine, all that I did was let them set in some salty water for a while, shook them off and put them in a freezer bag, and put them in the frig. They turned out good, not store brought but I enjoyed them and would do it again.
the video says part 1 - not seeing part 2. Is there a video of how to fry them when you take them out?
