I don't think that they have access to Russian plants to crank out videos. But the reactors do come from Russia. Make your own conclusions. Russians have well developed mathematics and metallurgy among other talents. USA is no slouch on metallurgy and manufacturing. Just look up the Thomas catalog and you will find out about stuff you never knew existed.

Well, on ITER they discovered cracks at some crucial parts welding beads. So they need now to disassemble already assembled part and reproduce (remake) what is broken. The problem is that it requires freking bunch of money but there's not that much they have.
Somebody most likely sold the specified welding rods for pennies on the black market and replaced them with whatever he could find at the tractor workshop.

These reactors are "safe reactods fasionded after Canadas CANDOO reactors. When they fail they fail safe and have totally shut safely down. No Chernobal or the big Japanese failures. I have worked on two of the Candoo plants. Tight tollerances found a brand new home, LOL. Most big castings were made in Korea and Japan and shipped here for machining.

С тех пор ни на день в России не останавливались разработки и изыскания в атомной сфере, Росатом является мировым лидером по всем атомным отраслям от обогащения урана до строительства реакторов и станций. Ты серьёзно думаешь, что что-то "создано по образцу" с Канады? Чего-то я не слышал про канадские реакторы, про канадский обогащенный уран, про хоть какое то упоминание Канады в истории атомной физики.
