    I have a question for you guys. I am a commercial brewer of 24 yrs now and been having a somewhat at times heated conversation about how I say it’s healthy for your fermenters to not flush the poni acid residues out just drain. (Like 2-3 times a year) Then the following day flush well before starting the sanitary cycle. A fellow brewer disagrees with this.
