most of these are just entirely changing the minifigure instead of using the same concept with better execution, which is what I think of when I hear 'upgrade'

Great video, but not really into first "upgrade" because you took out the only think harpys are known for and it's wings, as solely character it's cool, but I wouldn't call it upgrade when it doesn't resemble old version at all
