- The Brightmoor Quality Initiative (BQI) is a network of early childhood providers in northwest Detroit. These center-based and home-based providers are working to improve their facilities and programs to better serve families in the Brightmoor community. BQI is supported by the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Foundation.
