@@AltKnots a really good tip I learned for color changing is to take your contrast yarn and wrap it around a plastic clothes pin and make a bobbin out of it. Then when you are done with that color you can actually clip it to your project and the different yarns don’t get tangled when your turn your project. I hope that’s helpful 🖤

I actually was at a comic book convention this past Saturday and bought a really cool, Trick or Treat tote for my D&D books and dice tray. Oh and they have scented candles for campaigns now... interesting. AS to the blanket I'm thinking the green is perhaps the moon's reflection on water????
I would say the perfect hook to go with the 100 nights blanket would be Borealis, I've only got one of them but i ordered one straight away when the UK Furls seller i use had them in, its gorgeous! 🤩

I always thought that the Cancer hook would be a cotton candy color. They are gorgeous and would be perfect for my mom who is a Cancer, she also loves the lollipop flavor cotton candy so it's in her favor.
I’m doing a skirt in the same pattern of the green blanket you show in the beginning of the video 🖤 I’m using the Roll With it Melange by red heart. I already made a 18th century shawl with the same yarn. Looking forward to wearing it

It should be a fun spooky time and we have tons of ghouls that will be working on it together so if questions comes up, we're all in it together 🎃 Really any kind of yarn will work but the size and yarn required will change. With a 3 weight yarn the blanket will be smaller but if you're ok with that go for it!
Can we get the yarn list for that blanket a bit ahead of time to stock up on the yarn. I'm so excited for it and the hook is gorgeous I may have to get a couple from that line.
I love that Rave yarn and am making a C2C blanket in Scene Queen. It's been out of stock online though. :( I asked CS when it will be back in stock and the person couldn't give me any info. I hope they're not discontinuing it! I don't live near any Joann's so, I asked my mom pick up the last of the cakes for me at her local Joann's. She then mailed them to me. :) (Thanks, Mom!!) I think it's a good yarn (it has a few issues, but overall, I love it) and I hope they don't discontinue it.

TBH im so upset that Joanns NEVER restocked that halloween yarn and I feel like they are going to do that with the rave collection. I was fortunate enough to buy out all thw pink. I really wanted to make my SO and I matching Pink and green sweaters (he likes pink and I like the green) But i only found 1 green and 3 pinks. Iv been waiting for them to restock online but i dont think they are if they havent already. Tired of Joanns releasing a yarn, and then just canning it like Cmon, REALLY? 😒🙄
When I first saw the cancer hooks, I immediately thought they looked like trans pride colors. They're not my favorite colors either.. but TRANS HOOK, how could I not?! 🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️

The yarn is big twist value in grape. The entire blanket uses colors from that line. Omg totally agree Penny Dreadful does not get enough love!
