I'm making a granny square shrug with a rainbow cotton color bag nr 14 and black from hobbii. It's got like this 'horrors of the deep sea'-feel to it, love it so far og can't wait to finish.
Just worked up a snood with loops and threads juniper which has totally oggie boogie vibes to me. Used your snood video to make. Thank you for making that video and all the videos you do love learning :)
I love all your makes. I had to purchase the lattice yarn immediately after you showed it, in the first video. I’m making mine the same but with alternating green and purple after 6 balls of charcoal. Love the feel of it.❤
For whatever reason I've been super into making these cute little V-stitch skirts for several weeks now? I've think I've done like, 5. And I'm not the kind of person that makes the same thing back to back. xD! But they're just so freaking adorable and I have lots of different yarns that I just think would be the cutest skirts so.....
I’ve been working on finishing my pastel goth sweater. It’s something very different for me since I usually just wear black. But it’s looking awesome! 🩵💜🩷🖤
I’ve been binge watching all your videos and I was wondering if you’d do a house tour? So we can see all your themes and how you store your yarn! Or a yarn inventory video? That would be cool too!
I am making a granny square cocoon cardi with slime green, purple, orange, yellow, bright pink and rainbow bright- big twist yarns. I am thinking about adding sleeves to this one..See how much yarn I have left!
Always so inspired by you and your projects :) I just finished my first granny square blanket using only Caron Cinnamon Swirl cakes and I am so darn proud of it! I could listen to you talk about yarn for hours :) Thank you for always sharing your passion.
I got hit with Shawl Fever towards the beginning of the month, and have basically been going through the older yarns in my stash, combining colors and generally throwing things together to see how they play. I've made 2 so far, with a third on the way, but the weather's started getting warmer, so I haven't exactly wanted to hold any wool/acrylics in my lap. Will finally give me an excuse to start chewing through my cotton yarn though, if nothing else! Those socks look hella rad though, even without the green.
I also found a random detached bit of yarn in the middle of one of my bernat lattice skeins! It worked out though cause I used up one whole skein and then needed to finish the row I was on and instead of starting a new skein I used that and it was perfect! I'm making a waffle stitch blanket too with the black, green and purple colors!
I've been working on a hooded shawl using some Big Twist value yarn and the halloween Jack o Lantern colorway they had this last halloween season! It knits up really nicely and im hoping this shawl is going to turn out fun... if I can ever get it done LOL
I love your socks 😍 and blankets are the best. Im currently working in my sally blanket and my husband just got me the nightmare before christmas knitting book. So I quess were going full nightmare before christmas for halfway to halloween 😍😍
@@AltKnots its worth it so many great designs in there 😍 I can send you photos of the projects in the book ( without the pattern ofcourse ) on insta if you like
I finished knitting a dress for my daughter i started in February in March. And tonight I took it apart because it did not look good at all (in general and on her 😅) so I found a better pattern that’s crochet and thats what I’m working on right now😅
@@AltKnots same yarn as the original dress, and i immediately messed up the starting chain for the neck. It got twisted somehow so i had to start over 🤦🏻♀️ least it was only the first round.
The white socks with the dark green stripes remind me of birch bark, lovely.
I'm usually a pink girlie, but I've been obsessed with Big Twist Slime and anything similar all this past winter/spring 💚💚
I've been knitting scarves for the homeless. I've finished 3 so far and it's great as I can watch your content and knit along mindlessly.
that's so amazing! I've been meaning to try doing that too.

I’m making a charcoal, purple, green, and rust one very similar to what you are describing
I love all the socks!
So many more to come too😅

Have you seen the grannies square Christmas trees on Pinterest? Definitely something to use up all the loose ends!

The Bernat green yarn is beautiful I could make a blanket from that just to have the color.
Love the green too and am slowing making progress on a new blanket

Love the makes!!! Hope you’re having good night.🖤
Thank you! Cheers🎃
Lots of fun makes last month. Wow! I love videos where you show all your projects in detail. They're my favorite.❤
I have been wanting to try that lattice yarn. Now I am definitely going to thank you.
I love your braids!
The creamsicle color way of peaches and cream cotton is all of the candy corn vibes! You should try it Kayla!
Oh heck yeah I definitely will! Thanks for letting me know 🎃
Try some Udderly Smooth for your hands. I have chronically dry skin and this works. I hate when the yarn catches on my dry hands.
THank you for the suggestion!

Oh dang that’s the worst when it happens😅 At least you were able to find something you do enjoy. Hopefully with the same yarn?

Not gonna lie, when Joann Fabric declared bankruptcy I panicked and order 5 skeins of the slime Big Twist yarn because it’s such a perfect color. 😅
Goal for the month: keep working on my second ever scarf! (The first one turned out wonky)
I have no idea where my january colorway went 😭
