Often the opposite is the case in the UK where women's area is small, dark, not good space for children's needs (baby change) etc. Insha Allah each generation can improve these things. It's a master piece you really need to see and take notes. There are many paths in islam but It makes very clear the path which NOT to take . You can then send to new converts who are curious or you can educate them as new converts always tend to ...like you say .. Lean towards the salafi manhaj ... Which sounds nice in theory . But in practice just creates disunity. Please get in touch .

The proper Masjid will bring many benefits, and as the Centre point for the Muslim communities other than worship, as well to organise their affairs, set up business connections and outreach to the community, fund raising, establish connections with other European Masjids and organisations, and may be entitled for a government running funds as other communities and minorities...etc
