I love his words on the guests intro to the restaurant or pub lunch. The way the staff treats the customer is the number 1 experience...
The way people provide services to the public is a magic experience for especially the guests.... but also can be epic for the providers.
I've respected and had sympathy for the front line employee's that deal with the public desperate for food etc.
My blood boils when I see impatient customers treating staff like gutter scum.
Much love to the front line staff. Rushed off their feet just to feed our phat faces ❤️
