    do the sides scratch up at all from the metal pieces?

    With the fuller case option, would the case stay on there at all without the screw?

      Somewhat - because the buckled in the side somewhat hold it up - but I don’t recommend using it without the screw. And, with the screw in, you can mount to a tripod. So it’s a benefit and not obtrusive in any way.

    I like the second case better due to the button issue and fuller protection.

      I love the full case without SD access, too. Both are great but I love how it handles, and with the ability to edit on the go, I see most nomadic photographers opting for it

    looks like it's screen can't flip after using this leather case

      The screen can still flip but only 90 degrees - it stops halfway because the bottom of the case keeps it from going down fully. So you can only shoot waist level and not overhead with this case.

      @ seems like you can't use the VF other than waist level is more accurate
