I don't have enough words to describe how beautiful this is. Also, I can't even imagine what it's like to be actually there. It gives me chills down the spine.
gregbalvin do you mind sharing what you use? I am looking at the rode vid mic pro, But not sure if it will have the necessary reach. I am looking to use it for the exact same application.
oh I see, well depending on how far away you live its just a road trip away, no charge to enter this park, or any parks in Colorado if I remember correctly, its pretty expensive if you go to hunt.
12jason223 ... I'm guessing you've never actually been to Rocky Mountain National Park? Or any national park for that matter..Or any Colorado State Parks... It's $20 per vehicle for an entry pass, but that pass is good for 7 consecutive days..State parks like Chatfield are $8 per day.. Also, national parks are national parks because they do not allow hunting at all, federal law..
I've got my hunt in unit 34 starting tomorrow. I won't be up until wednesday, but I found a wallow that is getting hit HARD! No human sign anywhere in sight. They were rutting on Thursday when I went scouting
