Nice quick review. I was looking at a new on-camera monitor for an upcoming client shoot. I was not considering this monitor at first as I already have a Hollyland wireless setup, but after learning more about the M1 and how it can simplify my setup…. I am sold. Thanks for sharing. How's the latency? I've bought two of the previous M1 Version and I'm massively disappointed in the latency via HDMI from camera to monitor, which is about 1 second and thus unasable as a regular monitor. But we use them for client guidance on set. Another thing: Do they finally remember the LUT when you turn them off and on again?
I can’t speak for the previous versions but definitely didn’t notice any significant latency when hardwired to the camera via HDMI 👌 Just tested whether it remembers the lut selection and I can confirm my version does! Hope that helps Seb 🤝
