thank you so much, my 2x2 popped out of no where and when I somehow assembled it, it was turning SO MUCH WORSE, with your video I managed to take it apart again and assamble it again and it works just like it was before. thank you.
I actually was able to take the piece off without taking out the screws, but I had to pull the piece apart, and had to take out all the screws anyway to clean the cube lol. But I really like how you mentioned to beware of losing pieces.i did a couple turns before tightening down my cube today, and it literally exploded 🤣 🤦♂️ but luckily no peices were lost in the process.
Lol rip cube. Regarding why I said you should take out the screw, it’s because to set it up you take it out anyway but even if I wasn’t trying to set it up I would still take out the screw to make it easier. :)
Right, I figured that out the hard way 😆 or should I say, the hardware way! LOL

I cannot express how thankful I am for this video.
Of course I decided to twist some corners on an already solved 2x2. Then a corner came off, and I tried to fix it, but could not. I didn't want to disassemble the entire thing so I just tried to do the last layer. I was able to fix it, but the turning was all over the place. I finally caved in and disassembled it. I was weary about it working if I did manage to reassemble it, and after a few failed attempts (which were my fault), I finally fixed it! Thanks so much, it even turns nicer than before!

I got everything but the last corner piece, the edges keep inverting inwards

I have 3 pieces with the locking tabs. I watched your video many times, and cant figure out where you placed them. Please advise. My cube is locked due to misplacement. Thanks
There will be holes underneath the centers that they need to slide in. And if your cube is locked you can just take it apart again:) hope that helps

hey thanks for the vid Uhm i was done assembling it and it keeps like popping in the inside when i turn the cube (like after 20 seconds)of putting it down it just keeps popping in the inside like it keeps dislocating the Edges can you please explain why?
U probably assembled it wrong, check all the edges
I did everything that is on your vid and the side of the cube keeps like getting jammed like it's lifting the bottom edge piece how do I fix that
tip: if u cant get the last corner piece in take out the thing that separates them put the 2 corners in together and then push them in opposite directions and put in the piece again.
My YuXin little magic v2 has a very weird corner and since I disassembled it completely I can’t put the core piece back. I tried putting it first but that piece is very weird because I can’t have this piece in the cube without removing some edges. Can you help me?
You’re either putting it in wrong, or the piece is broken. Kind of ur call you’re gunna have to figure it out.
@@leeleecuber I know but the piece is like that it is not made for the cube since if you try to put the edges to see their contact there is no part that they seem to do so. Maybe I’ll have to get a new 2x2. Who knows. Thank you for your response !
@@spystoudios if it was like that originally and you didn’t put a different cubes piece in it then it belongs in that cube. Maybe try loosening the cube then trying again. U might be having a problem just assembling the last piece which is very common.
I did it! It was just the fact that I had to put the edges in a very specific way but yeah it works fine but it turns horribly so I will still buy a new cube but thank you !

One edge fell out and I thought that you would put an edge in last. It helped.

I did it but its we noticed a piece was broken rip 30 bucks cube and
I almost can do EG 1 And EG 2 and so on
The broken piece was also the reason why i wanted to take it apart and put it back together.
But the piece was broken since the beginning

No, there are 3 edges with specific differences from the other edges, those 3 are meant to be the originals.

yes all the corners can be removed however it is easier to take out one of the centers and just put it back on :D

Is it just me or are yj screws sooooo fragile? If you unscrew your Yj cube too much, the hole in your screwhead where you put the screwdriver, that hole will start to erode. The screws in my mgc elite2 are almost eroded to the point where I can’t unscrew them out, so I’m probably going to order some spare screws from scs since it’s cheap there.
